One of the nicest staffs that I’ve ever encountered in a hotel! This place was a last-minute glove save stay when we we were rained upon at TomorrowWorld. Weekend rate was $ 109 + tax, which ended up being about $ 130. Kinda pricey for what you get, but it’s a game of demand and supply, right? Pros: — Close to the highway — Breakfast included(didn’t partake) — Incredibly genuine staff Cons: — The smell of this place. Everything about the lobby, elevator, and our room smelled so chemical that it was slightly sickening. — Facility is really old. — Bathrooms are very small with caulking that needs replacing — Pillows are these strange square lump shapes that make thieves think twice about takin’ one of them babies. Gets the job done, but if you are interested in charming a special someone for a romantic night out, probably not the place to be unless they prefer the smell of chemicals over roses.

Don’t stay here!!! Very inconsistent!!! Our first stay my husband and I stayed here a week or two ago for $ 72 which we thought reasonable for a Quality Inn. When we checked in late at night and were given a key we noticed the door had been propped open and cautiously entered. We noticed that the toilet had black greasy marks and urine on top. Even though the beds were still made a hand towel and soap had been used. It was obvious that someone had been using the room as a hangout. Maybe because we checked in so late at night they thought no one was coming. When given another room it was cleaner but the phone didn’t work! I wanted a wake up call. I wanted to watch a few minutes of TV and the remote didn’t work! Also it was supposed to have a business center and I needed only 1 or 2 pages printed and they said the printer doesn’t work! Do not waste your time or money.

This place is outside of my price range, but I was forced to stay here since the Travelodge I was supposed to stay in put me in a «non-smoking» room that reeked of smoke. I have lung cancer, and within a few hours I was coughing violently and experiencing some scary lung pain. Asked to switch rooms, was told there were no more vacancies, so I booked another room at Quality Inn since it was right across the street(I didn’t have a car). As soon as I walked in, I knew I’d made the right decision. The front desk clerks were so much more friendly than at Travelodge, and Nicole was especially sympathetic to my crappy situation. I really appreciated her help, and the fact that she granted me late checkout(it was about 11pm when I was checking in). My room was spacious, beautiful, and most importantly, free of that nasty smoke smell. Lots of nice amenities, everything worked wonderfully, and oh my god the bed and comforters were so nice and soft and plush. Their free breakfast was also really nice; generous spread, though unfortunately I couldn’t take advantage since I was still really sick from the previous night(first thing after I woke, I coughed until I threw up… sorry if that’s TMI, but you can blame Travelodge for that). The free shuttle to the airport was also really nice. It leaves every half hour, and from what I saw the driver was very punctual. Super convenient for someone like me who can’t afford to spend hundreds renting a car.

The first night we stayed here, the bed was very hard, not for everyone, but the second night the bed was a lot softer. The breakfast was all very simple. As a health reform eater, would have liked to have some fruit, but it was missing on first stay. Still an ok place. The regular room was ok, but the suite the second night was very nice.
