Food was the only thing great here. Our waiter must have known the people behind us because they received 5 star status while we waited and waited. We had to ask for refills, had to beg for more chips. The basket we requested when we got our food never did show up. We waited for another 10 minutes for the fried ice cream only to have the waiter come back and say oh it’s no good sorry. I’m not sure what that meant. Food good service bad.

Service was good. Food was good. Bartender suggested burrito loco. Very good choice. Good combination of steak shrimp and chicken

My husband came in to order food for me, he ordered at the bar and paid with his debit card. The waitress (who I really wish I knew her name) approaches my husband and asks him why he didn’t leave her a tip (first off, he ordered at the bar… Wtf did she do to even deserve a tip. Second, any chance of getting a tip at that point was shot straight to hell!). This FEMALE (after arguing with my husband for a tip) looks at him SMILES and walks her funky ass straight to the kitchen (HUGE red flag). Long story short, he got a refund and left. This is a huge disappointment! We came here once before prior to this incident and the food was great, but this waitress is the reason why we will NEVER go back. There are better Mexican restaurants that have better customer service!

SLOOOOOOW!!! The service here was very slow. When the hostess took me to my table, I had to wait for her to clean it off. The wait for my food was really long. It took at least 40 minutes for my food to come out. When I finally got my food, I was disappointed because it wasn’t hot AND they brought out a chicken enchilada instead of the cheese enchilada that I had ordered. Took another 10 – 15 minutes to get that fixed. I sat there for about 10 mins after my meal waiting for my check.
The food was okay but I’ve definitely had better Mexican. It was just a step above Tex-​Mex if that tells you anything. I can see this place being okay for a social outing since they have a nice size patio, but if you’re coming primarily for the food… don’t.

Visited on a Monday evening and I’ve visited on Friday’s, and mid-​week days, too. They have good food and drink specials, nice service. My problem is with the overall look– trash on floor under tables, trash outside in parking lot it’s just dirty looking! I Wonder if it’s clean in the kitchen.

Ok, so the atmosphere sucks here. Reminds me of scummy night clubs i frequented when i was younger. That being said the service is not bad, and the food is WOW. Well, ilive only had one thing on their menu, called the burrito loco. This is the best burrito i have EVER had. Its different and amazing.

Definitely a spot for business travelers looking to wind off, but NOT ever close to a family restaurant, my 10 year old daughter ask me if we could just leave because she got scared hearing the people using profane language. I didn’t heard anything, but one thing that I saw were the waitresses counting their tip money in a table among other things. FOOD not that impressive at all, I end up taking my son to Taco Bell afterwards.

Update:
Bartender overcharged me on two occasions when I paid cash. On my third visit I went with the friend I initially went with after I wrote the review and I was informed that the drink that I liked was in fact significantly cheaper than what I have been paying. I was beyond upset and the manager took care of it in a sense but what I didn’t need was the bartender finding her way to my table to plead her case and make me out to be a liar. Yes, I will revisit this establishment because matters were somewhat handled [I say somewhat because since my last check in I haven’t been there to see the improvements] professionally.

Parking:
This parking situation might raise your blood pressure. The spaces on the side and directly behind the building were completely full. The neighboring lot was also packed! I got lucky because there was a «shift change». I call it a shift change mainly because the earlier crowd was leaving as the later crowd was pulling in.
Wait time:
Fair. If you want a seat I suggest getting there before 10pm. We ordered our drinks at the bar and soon after the couple at a table was paying their tab so we got the table. SCORE!
Drinks & such: As previously stated we got our drinks at the bar. The Hennessy Margarita is massive and the cost is $ 32. To some folks that may seem a bit steep BUT the amount of Hennessy was almost half of the goblet. Feel free to look up a 20 oz Weiss Schooner goblet because that is what we tackled. Unfortunately, I cannot speak on the food because we were just there for the drinks so I’ll be back to test that out. The music was Hip Hop and the crowd was urban with mixed age ranges.
Quick tidbit:
Make sure you count your change and/​or double check your debit or credit cards. My friend’s tab was $ 32 and she gave the bartender a 50 dollar bill. The bartender brings back $ 8. I’m no mathematician but something was off here. After flagging her [the bartender] down she said, «Oh! I thought you gave me a 20.» What?! Okay that was strange but it was corrected. So just double check.

Service was not Great, the food was very salty I have the tropical steak from the «seafood» menu which mostly just has shrimp platters when I got my steak, chicken, chorizo, and shrimp plate I was looking for the shrimp found it under the rice and they were way over cooked, the chicken and steak were greasy and salty and the grease from the chorizo was all over the base of my plate. The server didn’t check up on us and took 7mins to bring a glass of water and 15mins to bring the check on a Wednesday night, wasn’t really that busy. Sorry but thing need to be straighten up with this place.

The happy hour prices are absolutely out of this world! Plus, free nacho bar. Yes! The fajitas were so good as well.

I visited this place on a Friday night. It was a club and Mexican cuisine all in one. Considering how many ppl where in there the wait staff was fast and on point. Our food and drinks where good. Beware though, if you do not like modern day rap music (semi ratchet) you may not want to go on weekend nights!

Service was good, food was good, looked authentic with the decorations. I was a bit confused when all that was playing was the latest hip hop it felt like I was at a club eating Mexican food.

Took my girl out to dinner and a movie today. We had been here before, each time the food was great. We were seated as soon as we walk thru the door. It was a little crowded, but that was tho be expected on a Saturday. The floor was sticky for some reason under the table. Besides that I had no complaints, I had the crazy quesadias. The food was very flavorable and the waitress did a great job catering to us.

CHECK WITH YOUR BANK IF YOU PAY WITH A CARD!!! The first time I though it was a fluke but a second time… HELL NO!!! My bill came to 20.03 paid with my card wrote ******0****** across the tip line and –20.03– for the total. I checked my bank account today and they added an extra $ 5 to my check. This after I let the waitress a $ 10 tip.
I am not sure if it was the waitress or the owner but what I do know is that this is illegal. I cannot imagine how many people that they have done this too and gotten away with it because most do not look at their account

Finally Found My Spot!
I have been looking for a Mexican Restaurant for lunch that serves my style food. I work by the airport and the places most nearby are disappointing. Everything was very good with this experience. Good food, good service, good décor, etc. I stopped at 4 starts because nothing blew me away but that’s OK because I was just there to eat a good lunch and good it was!

Very cool spot to be on Old National — in case you’re wondering .yes there is a good security presence. Hell they even have a basic dress code. The food is pretty good too… and the drinks are nice too. Service is good and the location is very spacious with a patio for smoking.

One of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been to from here to cali! Anything you order on the menu will not disappoint you.
The atmosphere is a fun 30+ crowd with a DJ on the weekends. It’s loud but not too loud. I have never stayed past 10:30 pm.

Being from California we jumped at a Mexican restaurant here in the Atlanta, at this point we may have jumped on a Taco Bell if we saw one!
Any who how, we went in and were promptly seated at a empty table for sixteen, but I digress.
We waited and waited and as I was about to find assistance or leave, when a older Mexican gentleman rushed over and apologized for any delay thing began to happen! Amazing when the Boss jumps in things happen!
Mi esposa ordered beef taquitos with refried beans and I a ground beef enchilada with rice and beans, both orders tasted great!
Aside from the slow and inattentive wait staff the food was very good.

The food is tasty, the drinks are strong but don’t come in a rush the service is slow. I have been for lunch, dinner and now late night and it’s all with a good lil wait. But my rice is always fluffy, my crazy quesadilla is on point, and I’m good after one presidente margarita. Great drink specials all week long, but be forewarned– the weekend is like club night, with music blasting and dj, plus hookahs. If you can handle that and manage to get a table away from a speaker then you’re in for a good time.
If you really want a true feel of the place go for lunch. Rough day? Go for dinner and a medium drink. So far nothing I’ve had from this place has been bad just have to have patience.
