Consistently good food, dine in or take out. Tonight, we grabbed 2 large pies for our «Christmas» get together. Cheese is always a must, for this group, but we went a little crazy and ordered the cheeseburger style. Glad we tried something different. I would definitely get the cheeseburger pizza again.

I agree with Heather P. Food is okay, but the lady answering the phone barely speaks English and is extremely rude. She seems to get annoyed that you can’t understand her I guess.

Most dishes on the menu at Papa Z’s Restaurant are fantastic. Aside from parties in house with families and friends, catering service is great, as well. I organized an event that was going to have 130 people in attendance, the price was incredible low and the food was great. The owner, whom I worked with, was very accommodating and helped us out a lot. Definitely keep Papa Z’s in mind for any future catering needs.

East Hampton, CT
I live in East Hampton, and though there are closer places to get pizza, I often make the trek into Westchester for take-​out at Papa Z’s. As far as Greek style pizza goes, they do a really good job here. They have great, fresh ingredients. The cheese is plentiful and gooey and sauce is nice and tangy, not too sweet. I also like their wings, which I usually get with extra hot sauce on the side. The entrees and sandwiches that I’ve tried have been quite good also. The Scallops Nandia has been a favorite of mine. The fried seafood platters are plentiful and yummy.
On the occasions that I’ve eaten-​in here the service has always been great. The dining areas are comfortable and clean. It’s very family friendly and my kids enjoy it. One of these days, maybe I’ll leave enough room and get one of those tasty desserts in the glass case!

My kids absolutely love the pizza here. We order take-​out most of the time and that works out great. When we have eaten in, the service has not been the best, slow to seat us, and not overwhelmingly friendly.

I was very disappointed by my meal. the meal was a variety of pastas. Non of it was fresh all store bought out of the freezer and heated in the oven was cold in the middle and pasta has a plastic texture. For what i paid i was expecting better quality. Forgot our drinks had to go to counter and get them ourselves. I had fond memories of going here as a child with my grandparents but it’s no longer the same resturant.

Been living in colchester about 15 years now and have been to PaPa’z many many times and have never had a bad meal. The chicken barese is my favorite. Always a friendly place and good for kids too

The food is average. The wait staff is below average. Very rude woman with short hair and an accent took care of us. It turned me off from returning again.
