This is a great gym. The fact that it’s open 24 hours is so convenient. I used a trainer for the first month and she was very helpful in showing me how to use the equipment, developing a routine for me, and providing motivation.

The best part about this gym is that is is open 24⁄7. The gym is clean, good security so I feel safe working out if I have insomnia & have the insane desire to hit the gym at 4:00AM. I usually like to go in & do my own thing, they do have classes that seem popular. In the AM it can be a little loud with enthusiastic boot campers & weight lifters but I prefer my own noise so bring my music & create my own world. I am not in super buff shape but do not feel intimidated by those working out who are. There is the standard gym stuff, lots of room & clean restrooms. I enjoy my membership — they’ll give you a free week membership to test drive the place — worth a try for sure!
