If I could gave them a big zero I would, the management is horrible, not friendly at all. Most of the employees are ok but the people in charge of this place doesn’t know how to treat a customer.

First of all this the second time I came to Luxury Nails I was recommended by my friend I’m very picky when it comes to my pedicure. It’s great here I only use Kelly is the best and the sweetest. The place is very clean !!!

Great Place Don and Mindy are fabulous been going there for years. Sam does a great job on my SNS. Extremely clean and well kept and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

Just tried out this nail salon two weeks ago. Nails are still in great condition. Went in for an acrylic fill in. Very reasonable prices. The nail tec really made sure the lines were perfect. I’ll be back soon for another fill in!

Came here because they were open at 9 when most places open at 10! Loved their variety of opi gel colors. The lady that did my nails was very nice and quiet of course lol the place is very nice and nicely decorated and you can see they use quality stuff which is nice. I got a gel manicure with the opi color mod about you and she did it beautifully without making it so thick it looks like a fake nail! Overall I was pretty pleased with my visit will be coming here again.

I went to this salon out of suggestion from my hair stylist. I will not be going back. The salon looks run down and out dated. The hispanic lady that completed my nails seemed to be watching the tv more than watching my nails during my pedicure. The pedicure itself was rather painful as she filled my nails very low. She seemed very rushed to complete the service. My manicure was not any better. She cut my cuticle rather well with the file on my thumb. Her polish job looks worse than when I do it myself. Not impressed the least bit.

I have been going here for a little over 6 months, I’m notorious for nail salon hopping as I’m extremely picky with my nails. Let me first off say the staff here is beyond accommodating and know there clients by name. They are up to date on ALL nail polish collections, which I love! The salon is clean (I’m a werdio when it comes to pedicure chairs they are sparkling clean after each use) I’ve gotten both acrylics and gel manicures here all fairly priced :-)

Regardless of the bad reviews, I have been going here for the past 2 years on and off. I see Kelli only so I have no one else to compare to. She is super sweet, nice, and funny. I enjoy going in for a day of beauty. Gel manicure, pedicure, waxing. I am late sometimes and she has never rushed me. She makes sure I am satisfied and she has learned what I like without me having to say anything. I don’t like traditional and I love «bling bling» as she calls it. Yet in a professional setting I still need to maintain a clean look. Kelli does this for me. Sometimes I let her pick colors because she knows what I like now. Prices are reasonable. The rest of the staff says hello. I recommend you go there with an open mind and no attitude and forget the reviews of some pist off people. Go see Kelli, she will treat you right!

This is my first time here and the lady that helped me was very nice. Not the best manicure I have ever done but it was ok. Until 24 hrs later when I added a coat if my top coat which I always do to preserve my manicure and my nail polish started to crack. Literally I have lines all over my nails! Sooo dissapointed. I do recall her putting some liquid/​drops of something inside the nail polish, maybe to water it down? It totally ruined my nails and I’m on my way to a wedding, not happy! I’d never go back to this place, ever again!!!

I put new acrylic nails about 3 weeks ago, didn’t have time to go back in 2 weeks, then all my nails were breaking when they were supposed to last for months, I called them and they wanted to charge me for new nails, so I went to another place. They don’t care about their customers, they are rude. If you need to do your nails don’t ever go there because they do a very bad job.
