Taco Bell

Sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes. Line didn’t move an inch. Got the heck out of there!

Extremely pleasant for a road trip lunch spot. We were able to get out of the car and stretch our legs. The employees were kind and professional and seamlessly dealt with the many customers. As a Taco Bell fan, the food was great!

Girl behind the counter was super nice to us. Even tho she was busy with drive thru and slowed down by our huge order

First off let me start by saying this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I used to work for Taco Bell in the mid 90’s, and have never seen anything like this place. (Now even though its not Taco Bells fault in this matter) When you pull up and park your vehicle, the smell of cow shit will slap you in the face like no tomorrow. When we were done holding our breath and finally got inside, My wife and I went to use the bathroom and it had no soap or TP, which worried all of us considering employees use the bathroom also. (But I do have to say that they were ALL wearing gloves.)
We decided to catch our breath and eat anyway because we were starving. When we got out to the dining room it was full of flies, (who knows what those things were sitting on before coming into the restaurant). But the thing that bothered me the most was when I saw the food prep area. The 4 aluminum taco sliding areas have a drop area for access food to fall into when making tacos. It was full of old meat and condiments that hadn’t fallen down into the drop area, and the new tacos being made were sliding through that garbage meat etc.
But heres the real ace in the hole, the flies were coming off of the taco meat on the assembly line that had no cover! When we got our food I just tossed anything with meat, and walked out. The only thing we kept was the Nacho Chips and Cheese and a quesadilla. The floors in this place looked like a couple of dirt bikes rode around in the dining room or somebody changed a transmission in there.
The manager was kind of scatter brained walking away from the register and coming back and forth every 30 seconds for no reason while people were waiting in line, but there really needed to be another person at the register to help him. If I were a health inspector I would shut this place down in a heartbeat.

Food tasted off. Bathrooms filthy and no tp. Service slow. And I’m usually a pretty happy camper!

Smells bad, is old and no soap in the bathroom. The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. No tomatoes on Tacos or sour cream. Took 15 minutes to get our food. Fast food… I think not!

My journey for Taco Bell started at 4:30 am when leaving for a road trip. We tried to time getting gas with a Taco Bell at 7 am (when they open), but we almost didn’t make it. The gas light came on and we weren’t quite there yet. We looked up the reviews of this Taco Bell, and they were pretty bad. We decided to forget it and just get gas at closest spot. We came upon the next exit and there were no gas stations. We decided that the universe was directing us to the Taco Bell and we should give it a shot. I got a crunch wrap, but avoided meat and dairy. It was actually pretty good!

Toilets don’t work. Which is unfortunate for a Taco Bell. But the food placement on the tray was on point.

Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The wait in the drive-​thru on a Sunday evening was a bit long but it was packed inside so we anticipated it. The lady in the drive-​thru was sweet and apologized for the wait but we didn’t mind. Once we got the food it was all perfect. Stay away from the nasty Kettleman City location and eat at this one.

What a worthless place this is. The is lack of hands in the kitchen and manager himself seems to be helping out. He took my order at cash register and went to help out others. Extremely slow. My number was called out after almost 20 minutes and all I had ordered was chicken chalupa and chicken snackers (or whatever crap they call it). Employees generally seem really slow. Not even sure how can this remain open unless of course its in middle of nowwhere near busy 5 freeway.

Incredibly slow and the whole place smells like cow shit. I stopped here to grab a quick bite while on a road trip and it was a huge mistake.

Really bad service! Manager was there and 4 other employees and no one can take our order. Had to get leave after a 10 minute wait and employees passing right by us and no help!

Probably give 0 stars if possible. Waited almost an hour in the drive thru. After paying at the window we waited about 20 minutes. 3 different people came to the window not knowing anything. This place sucks

It is slow but what do you expect with 50 people that come in at one time? The employees were sluggish (wouldn’t you rush if there is a long line and wait times are 15 minutes to get food?) but the I get they are short staffed. The manager is great always smiling (blue shirt, white guy) and was always apologizing. I appreciate that. Five stars for just the manager

Toilets don’t flush, cashier is running register AND drive thru at the same time, orders are wrong, kitchen and dining facility are dirty. AVOID

Slow Slow employees! Stop talking and work!
½lb burritos were the smallest ever! Food was Cold. Forgot tomatoes on my nachos supreme.

The dirtiest and filthiest Taco Bell I have ever seen. So dirty that I lost my appetite.

So bad, I have to write a review to remind myself to never stop here again in comparison to the other food stops off this exit.
Negative stars if I could. I’ve been the first person in line for five minutes, staff here has no understanding if customer service.
The interior is horrible, I really should leave but I’m exhausted from driving and thought I’d head to a familiar place for a quick snack. It’s dated, dirty and flies in the air, at least two.
Overall it’s a zero, I haven’t gotten my order, but I’ll just leave that out; unless Gordon Ramsay made it, it’s not going to save them.

Why does the women’s bathroom here smell like shit?! Did they rub it in the walls and grout? I mean, I know what people do in here but by gawd, there’s running water and employees here… and yet it smells worse than a public park outhouse.
The food is like any other Taco Bell and the service is as expected from any fast food joint but honestly, most people come here as a pitstop so where we release our goods is more important than what goes in. After my experience here, I’d rather go in the bushes… or just somewhere else.

Do not go here if u are on a road trip looking for a quick on/​off the highway bite. 25 minutes in the drive thru. Horrible!
