Worst BK we ever ate at!
It was the worst dry tasteless burger and chicken sandwich on the planet. Because our experience was so bad —
We will never eat at another BK !!!
And by the way — I have been earring at them for 35 years!
I hope I don’t get sick :(

Awful. DO NOT GET IN THE DRIVE THRU. This place needs to close down. There were 3 cars ahead of us and we’ve been in line for 20 mins. All we ordered were two ice cream cones. The person behind me literally drove out of the drive thru over the red rock landscaping to get out of line. I deeply regret coming here. It will be night fall before we get two ice creams from this Burger King.

I’m currently in the drive thru line. Two cars ahead of me at the window. We’ve all been here for 13minutes now… No ones moved, no ones been seen at the window since. And there’s no drive-​around available. This place is far from ‘fast’ food.

What other fast food place offers veggie burgers and Dr Pepper milkshakes? (Though I hear it’s limited time only on the shake.) Not a bad choice for a quick meal right off the freeway. Not the fastest place in terms of food prep time, but apparently they accept expired coupons (see photo). Decent seating space with a wide view of the 13 miles to Coalinga. Not bad.

Burger King is Burger King, it’s not a 5 star place is just another Burger King. Taste the same back home in the bay.
Breakfast is still good here, didn’t have a bad experience. Just a pitstop for gas and food! Their bathrooms are surprisingly really nice.
I guess the only «downfall» is the outside smelling like crap lol

Average run of the mill bk, but they do have one of those sweet anything you want coke soda machines… vanilla coke please!
Parking is pretty open, but the actual resto is a little hard to spot Cuz it’s kinda tucked away behind the Valero gas station
Seems like a lot of tour buses frequent this stop because a quarter of the lot is dedicated for bus parking only. I guess that’s kinda good for ppl eating here because man do they churn out orders quick. Must be used to the large rushes of tourists.
Biggest drawback? It’s coalinga, so don’t say you weren’t forewarned about the fragrant bovine aroma. Once you’re inside you wouldn’t even remember where you’re at though.

Being in the middle of a pit stop, my expectations were low. So why isn’t it the standard 3-​stars? For starters, it’s dirty. And… that’s it. The food is standard, there’s a lot of seating, I highly doubt that anyone is a local besides the employees, and perhaps those elderly couple sitting behind us.
At least they don’t exploit travelers, eh?

Waited for the longest time to get my food… The only upside is that they have free ice cream cones for kids under 12.

Needed a bathroom and a quick bite. Although this BK offered both of course, they also offered extras… thousands of flies flying in the restroom, on the toilets, in the dining area and in the kitchen. The Manager claims that its the area, that’s why its a fly magnet. She agreed its unsanitary.

Having a great day with a great short review. Well i wanted something to sip on came here for an coke icee. Unfortunately they don’t have it and went for an cherry icee then i changed my mind for a orange freeze and they changed it nicely. The wait time was short. The orange freeze is great and woke me up. The new item chicken fries is eh, not really a fan of it. It was loaded with lots of sodium. Also had some spice in it and my buddy choke on the after taste. He choked on his water and spit it all over himself was priceless funny! Anyways fast pace and was less crowded than mc Donalds.

We just stopped here on our way back to LA to pick up a quick lunch. I ordered a Whopper Jr and a 4 piece chicken nuggets. The meat didn’t taste right and after 1 chicken nugget and 2 bites of my burger, I literally lost my lunch. I should have looked at their reviews first.

This is a typical Burger King and service was pretty good. Some people have commented about how many flies and other bugs there are but one of my friends lived in Central California and said it’s common in this area especially around farm areas. So it’s not the BK but this area that has a lot of flies. Look at your car when driving through Central California and that’s why there are bugs around due to the plants not this specific BK.

This lunch stop was just a quick pit stop as we made our way down south. We bought some burgers and fries for lunch.
The staff was good and we got everything as expected. The food tasted the same as other Burger King restaurants.

I don’t review many fast food joints, but this one deserves it… Like Scott H, I really regret not checking Unilocal first before I ate here
I went inside to order, and noticed that the place isn’t very clean. But then I was quickly engulfed in a swarm of flies that wouldn’t leave me alone — INSIDE. At the time, I wondered in the Unilocal tips if I might get sick with all the flies everywhere.
And yep, you guessed it… Got sick later, spent quality time with a toilet… what fun!
I also thought it was funny that they have a chart in full view showing the drive-​though wait times. I think the «goal» said something like 1.5 minutes, but each customer time listed on the chart was 4 or 5 minutes… lol
Fair warning, this place is one of the worst BKs I’ve ever been to

Wow! Just stopped in the drive-​thru for a quick bite, and do I ever regret not checking Unilocal first! Evidently, this location is incapable of handling more than 1 vehicle in the drive-​thru at once. The car in front of me couldn’t order until the car at the window pulled off. I was asked to wait, and wasn’t able to place my order until they’d gotten their order.
AND THE FLIES! So many flies! I’m still trying to get these little bastards out of my car. I realize that this isn’t directly the fault of the restaurant, but I have a feeling they’re not trying to mitigate the issue either.
I was frankly surprised by how long I had to wait at the window considering there were no fewer than 5 people «working» behind the counter. I was even more surprised to not find piping hot food in my bag. Surely this particular location doesn’t specialize in fresh lukewarm burgers and fries? Not impressed.
Yes, it’s a pitstop in the middle of nowhere.
No, you can’t expect too much.
Yes, you will still be grossed out.
No, I won’t ever stop there again.

It’s a Burger King on the side of a busy highway you fools. If there are several busses in bus parking stalls go somewhere else because (shocker) busses carry lots and lots of people while traveling with no food options. Get your head out of your butt and eat your food and get on your way. No reason to not pick the amount of pickles your burger had or that your child received expired apples (whatever the hell that is)
Eat the food, over pay because its a tourist stop and feel a little sick and guilty because of it. If you want something fresh and delicious head over to Harris Ranch across the way

can i not give them a star at all? the burger king looked like a decent pit stop until I walked in. It smelled like a mens bathroom exploded in the dining room. i was excited to eat onion rings and whoppers and try the coke freestyle machine, but that smell drove me to turn around to save my life. i dont like writing bad reviews but even an «eeks me thinks not» is too much of a positive rating. visit the carls jr next door or the fruit stand outside instead.

A three-​star experience if you drive through, a one-​star experience if you brave the interior. Food is your standard BK fare, nothin’ wrong with it at all. Inside looks like a post-​apocalyptic hell, with broken drink machines, banged-​up, outdated furniture and trash generally strewn about by patrons who seem to eschew any typical level of civility.
The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, if a bit suspiciously so. Where do the people who work here live? Do they commute here every day?
In any case, they take coupons — expired coupons, recent coupons, whatever — and I had em’. Two Jr. Whopper meals for half-​price schwiiiing!

I was driving home, and decided to stop to use the restroom, and then have some lunch. I ordered a Whopper meal, medium size. I used the restroom. It was relatively clean, except the first hand dryer thingy I went to was broken. So that was kind of annoying.
When I came back out, guy behind the counter called my number, and I got my meal. I brought it back to my table and ate. It was very similar to other Whoppers I’d had. Nothing out of the ordinary, but still tasty. I saw a girl walking an over-​sized rat on a leash outside… ok it wasn’t a rat, it was a Chihuahua.
Burger King is a taste I’ve come to expect as being just about the same in just about every store you visit. This one was no exception. Good food, fairly cheap ($ 8.31 after tax), and a good place to have a quick meal.
Good job Burger King.

Dirty. Dodgy. Disgusting.
From the outside in the place is a sty and staring at the overflowing trash cans and dark, sticky floors is enough to make someone lose their appetite. The line was long with one very unpleasant cashier working the front. I ordered an Avocado and Swiss Whooper Jr. with small fries.
Our order took forever to come out and when it did everything was a huge disappointment. The food was low quality, handled with little care and not all that appetizing. My burger had a dot of avocado on is as if they ran out when they got to my burger and didn’t even bother refilling it and completing my burger before giving it to me. The meat was of questionable color and the only fresh thing seemed to be the lettuce. Which also took up 95% of the burger.
The floors are sticky. No one bothers to wipe the tables and some poor soul sat down in gum.
I’ll make note to buy food elsewhere so I don’t have to stop here again.
