Checked out around 11:45pm to purchased a Fulton for my apartment. Without thinking I drove my sedan and I can not fit a Fulton into my car so I asked to do a refund. The lady Maria is so rude! I can tell she was irritated with whatever was bothering her before that, but as a paying customer I think this lady should be more aware of her body language and stop Huffing and saying«ugh» just cause I asked for a refund! Lady do your job correctly since you’re still on the clock! I rather have someone with a positive attitude to help me especially at this Walmart regardless it 1 min till closing!

This Walmart was the bomb, mind you it’s still Walmart but it almost felt like a Costco being in there. The ceilings are high and the floors are concrete so it has a much nicer feel. They also have a full on grocery section which I probably wouldn’t shop at but it’s nice to know that it’s there. All in all I would say for a Walmart this is one of the nicer ones. They also have so many checkout lanes that you don’t have to wait.

My son purchased a crock pot for me for Christmas last year. One of the pots broke(defect) the entire bottom fell out. I tossed the broken glass and the food in it and 3 months later found the booklet with the service number. I called and explained what happened(and that the broken piece was tossed. No problem, they would issue a notice for replacement, but they needed a number off the machine that I didn’t have as I was calling from the car(handsfree). 30 minutes later I called them with the number, and the new person says well if you had kept the broken piece we would replace it, but all you can do now is go purchase a new one. I didn’t argue, but told her that is not what the last person told me. So I thanked her and hung up. They should have either never said we will replace it, or back up their promise to replace it. But changing their mind was not nice. You are customer service, this is what you do. You should know what your policy is, and if you don’t you should back up your statements as good customer service. Thank you and I will purchase another one, at Target or Costco. They would have replaced it. I’m sorry, there is nothing I can do, but all you can do now is get a new customer. Like you said, Have a nice day!

This is the Nemien Marcus of Walmarts. It is clean, organized, efficient and has that«Clovis» feel to it. That means it is trying to look good. And it succeeds. This is a place I actually feel okay walking into. It’s almost like.(gasp) Target!

This place should get no stars for their absolutely non existent customer service. Bought an Otterbox for my S5. Used my Costco AmEx card and cashier demanded my ID, studying every little detail of it for over a minute. Would not explain why at all. Not needed, my Costco card has a picture on the back. Then, Otterbox broke opening it. Went back to exchange it. Lady at customer service told me to run back and get another. I told her I cannot. I had to explain in front of numerous customers why I can’t walk very well. Finally got her to get the damn Otterbox for me. Subsequently asked for a manager. Woman from customer service simply pointed to one. At that point, I just grabbed my receipt and left. I’m sure home office can explain why the cashier, whom couldn’t even smile had to study my ID like it was a test, and why they couldn’t even get a manager down. I’ll now be going to the far more superior WINCO for better services and better prices.

Hey, its a Walmart. I hate when someone actually asks me if I need help. They never give me the right info. But it IS a superstore. If you want a car battery, glitter and a unicorn(I am pretty sure they carry those)…you can find it. The thing that bothers me the most, it IS a Walmart. «sigh». Oh! Is that coffee maker really $ 19.99? Oh my.

I typically despise Walmart, they are typically dirty, smell like old fries, and have some interesting shoppers… this one so far is kept clean, check out is quick, and groceries and household items is one location is convenient. I’m only giving 3 because of my deep down loathing of Walmart.

Clearly the best walmart in fresno. The rest are such a huge disappointment! Here the shelves are actually stocked, the ppl are actually helpful and even friendly and they have a great selection. It’s a bit of a drive for me but it is so worth it! Puts All the other walmarts to shame..

Nice new location, clean, plenty of help and plenty of goodies in stock. Avoid the busy times and you have a winner!
