I only tried the Clovis Branch twice. Always clean inside, and the outside Patio seating area. Staff is pleasant and Cheerful, Attitude is welcoming .
As far as the quality of the Burgers and fries, its filling and tasty, I also tried
the Pastrami, I would not go there if I was you, its best @ TOGOS Joints.
I do recommend Habit, Low pieces, delicious, filling and great service. All ads up to 5 stars.

the food is good but it’s hit and miss. Sometimes you get nice portions, other times skimpy. Today on the take out the Tuna fillet sandwich was small and they forgot my dressing for the salad! For the price, I expect consistently good. It’s not. Avoid peak meal times. It’s a zoo. Order online and than pick it up but be sure you check your order before you take it out and even when dining in. Don’t bother trying to call. It goes to a corporate call center after you spend a minute getting thru their automated system. After speaking with a non corporate rep. She passed me over to corporate. 12 min on the phone

If you ever want to see an example of outstanding customer service, then it’s here. This is the most efficient, effective staff! Every employee has their duty, and each one completes it to their best, and at such a amazing speed! I literally got my order in 10 mins! And that’s from coming in, ordering, and the staff handing my order to me. With extra sides, by the way. I always get a CharBurger for myself, and a DoubleChar for my brother. And we both love onion rings, so that’s why we love the extra sides of ranch we get. And the burgers, OMG! I LOVE A GOOD BURGER! And the ones here are top notch! Even with the drive home, they still stay warm, and the buns stay crispy. Plus with the onions, pickles, mayo, tomatoes, etc. seriously it’s the best. And I was really craving a good burger, and that’s exactly what I got here. Of course I’ll be back. This is the only place I can get bomb onion rings with my amazing burger. I wish had another one right now! Next time!

The most terrible experience! Went there on Wednesday night, March 23, 2016. The girl server was terrible! At first she called the wrong item to the kitchen then the people from the kitchen and the server was busy talking to her friend that went visit them. We order no cheese on both of the items, on the recipe has «No Cheese» as well. When we got home there’s full of melt cheese on the burger!

This whole review is over the fact that they will not give me a burger the way I want it cooked everything is well done here and I will never eat anything well done they won’t even cook it medium for you it would be a great burger place if you didn’t have to have it cremated. I take responsibility for ordering my burger medium or medium rare this is ridiculous

I normally would give this place 5 stars but today I was a little disappointed that on my usual BBQ chicken salad I didn’t get any tomatoes at all. Those tomatoes really make a difference. Salad was still good but just not as good as always.

The food is delicious. Even the smell that radiates from the building as I drive by makes me want to stop and eat every time. The burgers are cooked perfectly and the fries and salads are yummy, as well. My only complaint is I think they have raised their prices. I hadn’t been in a while and I was caught off guard by the cost. It is great food, but there are other burger places with great food as well, for less. If you don’t mind the price, I would recommend The Habit.

Amazing service! Cashier came around multiple times asking if we needed any refills on drinks or sauces. Normal cashiers wouldn’t walk around and greet customers but he did! Definitely an impression that last and I’ll be coming back here when craving a burger!

Really, really good hamburgers! Super fresh and cooked to order so the food doesn’t just sit waiting for someone to order it. Because it’s cooked to order, you wait a few minutes, but it is totally worth the wait. Delicious and can’t wait to go back!

The staff was friendly. The time it took to receive our food was good given it was busy that day.
The bun was like cardboard and some was burnt. Also, the bun overpowered the burger. The patty was so small compared to the bread. The fries were good.

It’s alright. It’s a good burger, above average price. I don’t know if I’d ever elect to go there, but I certainly wouldn’t say no if someone suggested it. I don’t know, just nothing particularly special about them I guess.

I absolutely love their burgers. You can really taste the char and the fries are delicious! I would come here more often if there was a drive thru, but that doesn’t deter me from stopping by to begin with.
There’s the option to sit outside, to enjoy the California sun. It’s right by the road, but it’s not bad.
Sides vary from fries to onion rings. They have malts, shakes, and soft serve ice cream. Every time my husband and I come to visit, we get a soft serve cone for a buck each. It’s not like one of those dinky cones from McDonald’s either.
Great customer service and I’d come back again!

Just moved there and this was the only place that opened late in my neighborhood. First time I had the mushroom burger, but I couldn’t tell the difference between the meat or the bread. There was no juice or flavor. It was bland
The best part were the fries or maybe I was just hungry from a long day of unpacking. Second star is for the fries.
Second time I had the veggie burger and it was too soggy. Had two bites and dumped the rest.
Big disappointment. Santa Barbara locations are way better. I doubt I will ever go back again after giving them two chances.

An excellent fast food burger. It’s up there with my other favorites… In & Out, Five Guys, and Whatabutger.
Just like the other restaurants I mentioned I always get the same thing. Plain double cheeseburger, extra cheese. To me a burger is all about three things, the bread, the cheese and most importantly, the meat.
If The Habit keeps the food quality up, while keeping their prices low. I’ll continue to be a regular.

I’m not a big fan of the grilled burger. I tried this place for the first time after visiting California. I read this has the best burger compared to Five Guys and In and Out and I got to say that I disagree. The burger is definitely good, but it’s not my type of burger. I still prefer Five Guys burger over these guys.
Anyway, as for the location and the restaurant. The place is clean and specious. However, the place can get packed and seating will be scarce. The employees work as quickly as they can to serve everybody. It’s definitely an average burger joint in my opinion.
