We had our carpets cleaned yesterday 6÷29÷15. They technicians were professional, courteous and friendly. They were very knowledgeable of their products and chemicals. OUR CARPETS LOOK FABULOUS! We will definitely use them twice a year just to keep out carpets looking and smelling great, as well as to prolong the life due to wear and tear. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them for your home.

We are a wellness clinic in the Shaw area of DC. Our Office Manager called one early afternoon for a quote and was told that their team was going to come out (from Clinton, MD) that same afternoon and do a free consultation. (After googling and calling a few places, Upright was the only one that said they were on their way to give us a quote). Within a couple of hours, and true to their word, Mr. Raymond and his team showed up. We made an appointment for the following week for service.
Mr. Raymond and his team were present within the time agreed, was extremely courteous, and knowledgeable of their craft. They gave us an excellent quote for 5 clinic rooms and 3 area runners. Now, after a week, we can’t stop exclaiming over them and we absolutely love the results! Each room looks amazingly fresh and our area runners don’t look worn down.
