Ploch’s Garden Center

Stopped by to inquire if they had Chamomile, Anise Hyssop, and Calendula. I asked 5 people working there, and not one person knew what these plants were!!! Seriously?!

I went two times and both times they were ride and unwilling to help. When I opened the door the woman looked at me rolling her eyes and blowing air. Never again.

This is a great garden center. Indoor/​outdoor plants, garden decorations, fresh flowers, gardening supplies, knick knacks, etc. A lot of variety and most importantly, knowledgeable staff. Cute place! They also have cats that hang out at the store which is major points in my book, anyone who helps strays is a friend of mine :-)
All in all, this place makes you feel comfortable. I’ve wandered around the Home Depot garden center, lost and confused and drooling on myself (okay, that’s an exaggeration) but essentially walked out with nothing. This is a family place that values their craft and their customers. It’s the kind of place you want to go to for your new bamboo plant and garden gnome or whatever.

I like the place.
The service is great and that’s refreshing.

Right off Rt. 3, easy access and beau coup choice of gardening supplies. Staff, extremely personable.
