I’ve been coming to Crystal Nails on & off for over 14+ years,… I started going back when «Teresa» was the owner! «Kim» took over the business a few years ago but since most of the employees stayed, not much changed with the shop. I used to get my nails done with «Geanie» but recently started getting my gels with «Annie» & she’s amazing! Fast, precise, and great work! I’m a nurse, my hands are constantly in water at work & my gels don’t lift! I’ve been getting my pedicures with both «Isabel» & «Maria» for all these years.
I recommend Annie, Geanie, Sharon, Isabel & Maria for nails & pedis,… They have good sanitation, clean work stations, kind and accommodating. I *never* walk in, I *always* make an appointment,!!! :)

I had a really bad experience. I called to make an appointment with a specific person but ended up getting someone else. My mani and pedi looked really bad, she did a horrible job and the polish started chipping 3 days later.

I have been a loyal customer of this nail salon for over 16 years! The ownership changed hands to Miss Kim a few years ago, but many of the employees have stayed on, so the transition was seamless.
It’s hard for me to make appointments, so most of the time I am a «walk in» customer. My wait has never been more than 10 minutes.
Every customer is treated kindly, whether they are a first timer or a long-​time client like me…
