You can never go wrong here. We tend to eat outside because the music and AC are always blasting. Overall good frozen yogurt.

lower the frickin music. Either the board members are all 17 and under, or there’s a 60-year-old owner who thinks that blasting the music in a yogurt shop like it’s a nightclub is cool and will drive business. Even the youngsters were complaining. Seriously, focus on good product and great customer service and stop with the juvenile gimmick.

I am from Manhattan and we have lots of yogurt choices so I maybe I am a bit jaded. I went to the location today — Mother’s Day and it was extremely crowded. Standing in line for yogurt — no way. The guy in front of us used is sample cup to sample different yogurts and put his used sample container up against the spurt of each yogurt he sampled. The young woman at the counter were not monitoring the yogurt area. They also were not very sanitary. The yogurt machines were filthy and no one was monitoring them to make sure they were spotless. It is extremely popular but if they were in NYC they would probably get a C for cleanliness

Hands down probably one of my favorite frozen yogurt chains to visit. This store in particular I’ve been to a few times and I’m happy to say it’s always been a good time. I’ve been to this location with one person and then with groups and it caters to both. If and when it becomes busy, they keep a line with stanchions outside for crown control. The music is nice and loud. all it’s missing are the flashing lights to become a club. The staff is friendly and most importantly, they keep their ingredients fresh and clean! I’ll be dropping by again with my friends.

as long as they have my cake batter flavor with cookie dough topping I’ll keep coming back!

I’m obsessed with frozen yogurt(but then again who isn’t) and came here for the first time yesterday. It was very busy but moved quickly as its self serve. They had many flavors of yogurt ranging from cake batter, to peanut butter, to plain vanilla. The topping bar was massive and had many good options. You pay by how much it weighs. Truthfully the only downfall is the parking lot. It’s insane and people fight for spots. Otherwise I loved it and will definitely be coming back!

It’s a hit or miss when it comes to the workers. They are usually rude, snobby and unhelpful, but there have been a few sweet girls who work there. I also don’t understand why they hire underage girls and make them dress in tight little shorts and tiny shirts? It is strange to me. Anyway, the froyo and toppings are good for a treat, but the loud music and crowd will drive you crazy if it is busy. I gave it 3 stars because I like their flavors! My recommendations are cake batter and New York cheesecake!

One of the first make your own Fro-Yo. Great flavors, great toppings. Tonight I didn’t see any flavors that caught my eye so I opted for one of the special Cherries Jubilee Twisters, the Chocolate Covered Cherry. Cherry ice, chocolate flakes, cherries, Ghirardelli chocolate and whipped cream. Well, they were out of whipped cream(sorry but I find this inexcusable. Run down to Stop and Shop and buy some store bought whipped cream. Better than serving nothing) The whipped cream would have made thus extra yummy, since the Twister had too strong a cherry flavor but still pretty good. Hubby got chocolate flavored strawberry mix which he likealotd. Thinking this just wasn’t my night. :-(

This place is just OK. From the blasting music to the array of teens and kids hanging out here, the atmosphere isn’t really my favorite. The times I have been here, I have grabbed my frozen yogurt to go. They have many flavors and toppings, but the yogurt itself is just OK. Like another reviewer said, none of the flavors really taste like yogurt, they just taste sweet and like artificial flavoring. The only flavor I really enjoyed from here was the mint frozen yogurt they had around St. Patrick’s Day. I guess you really can’t go wrong with a mint flavor. Some of the other flavors are too extreme and don’t even taste like what they’re supposed to be.

I enjoy cups frozen yogurt. But the sanitation for me is a huge plus especially when you’re serving food I witnessed a young lady who works there who let the food fall where customers have access to and she placed it back in the container contaminating all the other food. I was instantly turned off and walked out of the store. I can only wonder how they prepare and care for the other toppings. Other than sanitation the place is great!

This is the go-to for desserts after dining at one of the many restaurants in the plaza. Has a really hip vibe, usually the cashiers or other workers there are playing their own playlists over the speakers. Neon colors, and weird shaped couches all contribute to that feel as well. They usually have an assortment of yogurt flavors that change every now and then. Very clean place, despite all the kids running around with smeared yogurt faces. The toppings bar offers variety of sweets from candies to fruits and remains really clean too. Easily go back here every time when I’m in the area.

Frozen yogurt with mochi bits = SO good. The décor inside is really kiddish and sexist. Lots of little kids here. It’s also really tight inside. There always seems to be long lines here as well. There is a very healthy selection of Fro-yo flavors, its great. It’s a bit pricey. But I love the Fro-yo and condiments you can add.

The frozen yogurt was great but they keep changing flavors and end up getting rid of my favorite each time. Being intelligent is not a prerequisite to work here. I had a coupon and then a reward coupon came up as well. The young lady said I couldn’t use both on the same order. Since my son didn’t finish yet I asked her to just use the reward coupon on my son’s separately. She looked at me with a confused look and said«I’m confused.». Wow!!!

Long line always. Sounds and smells(yes smells) like the inside of a club. Rude highschool staff who either sit on counters doing nothing, or push you so they can clean the yogurt stations WHILE you’re serving yourself yogurt. Smile and getting a better job girls. And learn manners. Good over priced frozen yogurt though.

I really love their PB and salted caramel yogurts and their vanilla custard is amazing. I usually keep it simple — either no toppings or sprinkles. They have a wide variety of topping including fruits/wet walnuts, cereal, chocolates and other candies. The atmosphere is horrible with loud, bad — REALLYBAD — music playing. I’m sure they do this purposely to get you in and out. In the summer there is usually a line out the door but it moves quickly.

This was a pretty solid froyo place that I feel should have a slightly higher ranking on Unilocal. It is honestly better than most run of the mill froyo spots in NYC with a wide variety of flavors, some nutritional info on the screens, and a solid lineup of toppings. Best of all this place is directly next door to Mighty Quinn’s BBQ. I always try the vanilla and some side flavors when I get froyo and the«Alpine Vanilla» here was very good, with some of the other flavors being a little artificial tasting. The girls who worked here kind of stared at us as we got our toppings which made me feel like a bit self conscious as I loaded up on three pounds of reeses cups. Anyway, solid spot but I can imagine this area gets awful when busy. Try the BBQ next door.

This is another review where I am just biased. I am not 13 years old. I am not tricked by lame powdered and rehydrated«yogurt.» I love music. This place has crappy music. I like breasts, but I don’t need large breasted, skimpily clad women to serve me. My daughter has not recognized that this place is fake, and not for grownups. But I always add a star if she likes it. When I see the long lines in the warm months, I ask myself, what is this world coming to? Are we all going to hell? Is the food in hell yogurt from Cups? Do you have children? By all means, take them here. Because they will love it.

We like the place. The staff is Friedan and they have a lots of yummy flavors. The music is loud and there is a small sitting area. Best is do a takeout. Being a busy mall, parking can be tough sometimes. But not that difficult.
