Burger King

Very clean & nice facility. Pleasant staff. Standard food. BEST Oreo ice cream (drink) product– equal to the McFlurry! And crowns!

This is the nicest Burger King at which I’ve eaten in a long time, and all the credit goes to the employees. They work hard here to make your experience as good as possible (well, for a Burger King anyway). The women who worked at the registers were friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. There were no problems keying in my free sandwich coupon (it’s amazing how many places still screw this up or need a supervisor to okay entering the code). My meal came out quickly and correct (though, unfortunately, still just Burger King food).
The other thing that impressed me here was just how clean the dining area was. That’s because there was a young man working full time to keep it clean. The floor was spotless. After people left, he was at each table within 30 seconds. The men’s room was also very clean.
I assume this is a new thing for all their restaurants, but this was the first time I was offered bleu cheese as an option for a side salad. It’s 30 cents more, but it was worth it for me. Their salads are getting skimpier — less carrots and cucumbers, if any, though the tomatoes were fresh — so anything they can add to reduce the blah is worth it.
If you want a booth here, act fast. There’s only 4. The backs are padded, but the seats are not.
You have a lot of dining options in this part of Clifton Park. The fact that this Burger King (which for me, is near the bottom of my food chain) has a steady business reflects the better quality service you get here.

Well, the place burned down and they rebuilt it till look nicer so I thought I’d give it a try again. Nicer looking place, same yucky food and service. So slow, received diet coke instead of regular, outside of burger covered with mustard. Guess it’ll be another couple of years before I dare eating there again, if ever.

Typical fast food grub and service was horrible and pathetic. When you say fast food I would like expect it within 4 – 5 minutes. When your food doesn’t come around by then and the 2 – 3 customers behind you has been standing and waiting to put in an order and the 4^th one walks out… that’s an issue. To make it worst people who ordered from drive-​thru are walking in to store to complain about missing and wrong stuff on their orders. Would have given it (–5 stars).
