Service was terrible, we got are drinks sort of timely, but forty five minutes later we had to ask the waitress about our food, she said we’re next. Once we asked, she came out with food. My burger didn’t have a top bun and my wife’s food was cold. We complained, and they told us we could leave. We did get two drinks out of it. Won’t ever go back.

Meatloaf! Great meatlof and awesome burgers worth the money… I know 18 for a burger can sound nuts but — well worth it. Wait staff was very entertaining and the place is a gem… a real firehouse the oldest in Clifton Park with the pole to boot! But eat at place if in Clifton Park.

The food was okay, but not as good as other RT’s locations I’ve been to. Our server was either new or high. She was nice enough but so incompetent as to be laughable: she got my order wrong(after we had discussed it and I specifically pointed out on the menu what I wanted — an item she said she had never heard of), never checked in with us, took forever to get us our check, and generally seemed incapable of performing her job. Also, we waited almost 30 minutes for simple lunch orders(and I had to ask her to check on it) which is simply unacceptable in a half-full restaurant. There are lots of choices nearby so I doubt I’ll go there again.

Standard chain restaurant fare. Clean enough and staff pleasant. Coupons make it even more acceptable. Nice salad bar if you like that kind of thing.

Very terrible Ruby Tuesdays. Salad bar was not fresh– wilted greens, and old looking veggies. The food took forever even though no one was there and the wait staff was horrendous– so rude, even when they forgot parts of our Order. The burgers were okay. Many better places to eat in Clifton park– I would recommend Saltys Pub and Bistro, Tai Pan(vegetarian options), and just about anything but here

Convinced my vegitarian bestie to go here for lunch so I could indulge my burger habit. She agreed as they have a massive salad bar. Except the salad mix/greens had dirt and black specks in them… gross. She tentatively ate some peppers and cucumbers as I awkwardly shoveled in my burger trying to hurry. The manager apologized and comped her plate of few bites. I was embarrassed to have suggested the place and I won’t make that choice again. Burger was excellent and service was decent but dirty lettuce and questionably clean flatware make this a no.

i hadnt been to ruby tuesday in a couple years. but had family over and they wanted to come here. it was a thursday night, not very busy. i ordered chicken bella with fries and salad bar. i also got a frozen margarita that the waitresses suggested i upgrade for $ 1 which i did. first, the drink… it was definitely big, but not very strong. i have had their margaritas before and theyre usually much stronger. im thinking the upgrade isnt much more alcohol, just a bigger drink. it was tasty nonetheless. second, the salad bar. wow the plate sure have gotten small. my plate was practically full just from a couple scoops of lettuce and some cucumbers. barely any room for the croutons, which are still the best part of the salad bar. we got our dinners pretty quickly and it looked good at first, but once i moved most of the mushrooms and sauce over, i could see how small the chicken breast was. it was about the size of a credit card. im not sure if i just got a small one of if thats the standard size because no one else ordered chicken. the fries were good and there were plenty of them, would have preferred less fries and more chicken though. our waitress was friendly and the food came out quick, but there are so many other restaurants in clifton park that are much better, that i probably wouldnt pick ruby tuesday if it was up to me.

Grits with cheese and bacon as a side was served cold. Avocado chicken sandwich was served without the avocado. The salad bar was messy and lacking beets and cottage cheese. The manager tried to explain that they had some circumstances that challenged them on a Friday night. NOTACCEPTABLE!!! He did cut the invoice in half but we want a good meal, not compensation. Nick, our waiter was the utmost professional, just stuck in a bad situation. We will never return to this establishment.

I didn’t expect to like a chain. I haven’t been to RT in years, but was hankering for a burger, and this seemed to be the best option around. Admittedly, we arrived early for dinner(around 5:15) but we were greeted and seated promptly. I can’t speak highly enough of our server, Nick. He was prompt, polite, and proactive, bringing fruit as a snack for our 18-month old quickly, and without being asked. We usually order off the menu, but the few requests we did have(extra sauce on the side) were noted, and came out with the order. My burger and my wife’s steak were properly cooked, and we agreed they were both delicious. Fries were crisp, fresh, and well seasoned. Drinks were refilled without asking, and we were checked on regularly enough that we felt attended to, but not so regularly that we ever felt bothered. I haven’t been here at peak hours yet, so I can’t say how service differs, but based on our experience, we’ll be back for sure.

Went for dinner last night. They were no where near ready for a Saturday night crowd. Their salad bar was dirty and in disarray. Asked a waiter for plates he said he was looking for some. How do you run out of plates when you aren’t even full??? Our waitress was bubbly and polite, she was only part about the experience that was good. The food was not up to the chains standards, unless the chain dropped standards. I hate chili’s and would go there before Ruby Tuesday’s.

Like I stated in my other review for the Ruby Tuesday in Saratoga, I love the salad bar. Everything is fresh and cleaned so you don’t have pieces of that and pieces of this in the dressings. This trip I ordered their new Asiago Peppercorn Sirloin, I’ve seen in on all their commercials lately and it always looks good. It came with 2 sides I opted for their loaded baked potato and spaghetti squash. My wife just kept it simple and ordered a cheese burger. I started with a salad, good as always but I didn’t know that they make their own croutons. love fresh croutons. The steak came out and it looked good, I wasn’t a huge fan of the cheese on top so I ended up scrapping it off. What I can say is that they definitely know how to cook a steak here, I was quite surprise in that. The sides: the loaded baked potato was good but the spaghetti squash wasn’t at all. It tasted like nothing, it could have used some butter and some type of herbs or something. My wife liked her burger, she said it was one of the«healthiest burgers«she has tasted. Also there are no ketchup bottles on the table, if you want ketchup or mustard they bring you a little cup of it. I liked that idea, not having a bottle of condiments on the table that every guest touches. We passed on dessert because we were both full. All and all a pretty solid chain restaurant.
