whenever i travel through or to cleveland, i stop at boris’ butcher shop. he makes the best sausage anywhere. i buy enough to freeze and enjoy for months. i have tried it all — beef, chicken, turkey — all of it is delicious.

Just tried the chicken sausage. Meh. Smelled too garlicky, not sure I’ll like the turkey sausage much better.
I will hold out for the knockwursts… I’m hoping those will be ok.
Not so sure now that I will be back the next time we pass through Cleveland.
