Unfortunately, I have to find a new dry cleaners because the last few times I brought my shirts here, I had to send them back two more times before my collars were presentable. Also my collars were shiny from over pressing them. The plus side is the same day service.

These cleaners are amazing. They got stains out of my shirts after the cleaners across the street were unsuccessful. The staff is very helpful and i had an email that my clothes were ready just a few hours after i dropped them off.

They do a fine job with clothes, but can be a little on the pricey side. I like that it’s close by and they can have the clothes back same day if they’re in before 11. If you sign up for their email list they send you coupons periodically that are worth the effort.

Offers same day service which is great and why it’s so expensive. My problem with this location is that my clothes always come back smelling like smoke. I’ve had to have them re-​cleaned and the customer service response is slow. I now only go to the one in Mayfield village and haven’t had any problems like this there.

Expensive like you can’t imagine. Seriously, I moved from L.A. and I think their pricing is crazy high. However they by default offer same day service and almost always have your stuff done in four hours. Plus they’ll email ya when its done. But man are those prices nutty high!

The first couple times I used them they did okay. When I got some pants done they were pressed very poorly resulting in two seam lines being ironed down the pant legs. They are also on the pricey side for dry cleaning service. I started going somewhere else, but they kept calling and leaving messages that I had clothes for pickup. I didn’t think I had left anything there but just in case I dropped by to check. They had mislabeled someone else’s suit as mine. I feel sorry for the actual owner. I hope his clothes were eventually returned to him.

I have used these cleaners for over 10 years. As cleaners go, the service has been very good. Things get done in a timely manner and get done well. I really appreciate their free home pickup and delivery service. It makes things convenient. I usually use the delivery service, and drop things off when I need them urgently. Would recommend.

FYI: The D.O. SUMMERS Cleaners at 14 409 Cedar Rd, in University Heights, OH 44 121 damaged a dress that I submitted for same day service. The hemline was snapped and hanging when it was returned to me, the eye lash hook was pulled apart, and the dress did not smell fresh. The only explanation that I was given was, «Well same day delivery…,» and «Sometimes we put them in [the machine] twice, but I don’t know what they did.» I DO NOT RECOMMEND SENDING YOUR CLOTHES TO THEM.
