Looking to rent a water slide and other equipment for one of our development grand openings. Their website is very outdated and I wrote asking if they had any pictures. The response I got was so incredibly rude and unprofessional.

With customer service starting out like this I wouldn’t trust them to rent anything. That response probably will cost them thousands as I was wanting to deal with someone in Clayton vs Raleigh for our events.

Rented twice from here. A table and chairs and a trimmer. The trimmer they rented me was manual feed. I’ve used a lot of trimmers but never seen a manual feed trim head. It took me four hours to do a yard that should take 45 minutes. Although, they did help me out on the phone to figure out the problem.
I still just get a bad vibe from the place, consequently I would rather aerate my lawn by hand than rent an aerator from this place.
It feels like they think they are entitled to my business instead of winning it. (I think it has to do with that they probably rent more to contractors and other businesses, not homeowners.)
