This was my first time here and I would say hmm… I have seen quite a few of these restaurants here locally, so decided that today was the day to try it out. So, here goes my thoughts.
I do not understand what the big deal is with this place, but to each their own right. It was not what I expected based off of looking at the menu online either. I actually thought this was a server comes to your table kind of place, just from the menu items alone. But it’s not, in case anyone has been wondering. The food here is okay and the one employee that I interacted with was nice. But, overall-I would say I won’t be coming here again… sorry.

I was visiting the region for the first time and never been to Zaxby’s before. I really liked the food. The kid at the register was super nice and attentive. My only complaint is that my daughter got one of the buffalo chicken sandwiches and it was impossible to eat as a sandwich. Everytime I’ve ordered wings from a ‘fast food’ or ‘fast casual’ place I’ve been disappointed, but I really enjoyed the wings here. Good food, fast, clean, and reasonably priced. I would go again for sure.

My husband raved about Zaxby’s so we stopped in for wings. I tried to order all drums, but was informed that wasn’t possible even with an extra charge. Hm. Not that unreasonable a request for a wing place. The store is mostly run by teenagers so there was hemming and hawing over whether we could order the meal split with three flavors. Sigh. The spicy is rather good and their fries are yummy. Wings were hot and so no complaints. Good, but not great.
