The place gets two stars alone for the fries. I love handcut cajun seasoned fries. I love dipping them in their sauce even more.
However, this place has had kinks to work out for years, and I think we’ve finally given up on them. Delivery is definitely a NONO. Once, my card was charged 308 dollars instead of 30.80. The delivery driver was apologetic and got it fixed but vehemently blamed the staff at the store, which was unprofessional. Also, ²⁄₃ times we tried delivery it took 1 – 1.5 hours and we live 5 miles away. We decided it would be ok to keep going in person, but their burgers just aren’t tasty enough to justify the price anymore.
I may stop for some fries every once and awhile.

Wanted to try this place in hopes it would be a hidden gem for burgers. Not quite. Upon walking in, there are two caution wet floor signs. The floor isn’t wet, it’s completely greasy and therefore very slippery. Spent $ 20 on two burger meals with burgers the size of a small $ 1 burger from McDonald’s, but dryer. Cajun fries are regular fries with seasoning sprinkled on the top fries only. The egg on the brunch burger is a rubbery square of «egg». Definitely not worth the money.

Good luck finding something on the menu and actually sell. My wife tried 3 things before she gave up. Don’t have it on the menu if you aren’t selling it. They take foooooorever to make your food. Customer service nil. Double thumbs down. Lame Brgr

You could get a burger here, but for the same price and a little bit more of a drive you could just go to Five Guys.

Place is so greasy the floors are slippery. Save a few bucks and go next door to Wendys. Place was almost worth the hassle when they had the bar to put your own toppings. Now it is just plain awful. Employees are rude, and take forever just to get your order. We were looking forward to a good burger as we had not eaten there in a while. We simply walked out disappointed.

In my humble, but highly accurate, opinion… this is one of the best burgers in Clarksville.
Love the fact that they offer a fried egg for the burger.

My only complaint is that they’ve had STUFFED BURGERS (with COMING SOON) on the menu for as long as we have been going there… how long does it take to get this one perfected?

Wait 20 minutes for over priced food that has less flavor than a Wendy’s burger. Fries that taste like the oil they are cooked in. It’s just bad. How this place is still around is a great mystery.

I gave it 2 stars because I didn’t get up and leave.
If I come to a place named Brgrs N More, I’m expecting a pretty awesome burger.
If I order one called a Humungo Burger that costs $ 6,I expect a large burger, not a flat McDonalds size patty. I think that’s enough said there. Just really disappointing.
Additionally, you make and serve Burgers. How do you screw that up? The second burger that my guest ordered was incorrectly prepared. They did fix the mistake once I brought it to their attention.
Bottom line, this «Burger Joint» costs $ 25 for two people to eat burger, fries and a drink. Save your money and go to Sonic. You’ll get a better deal and a better Burger.

Been wanting to try this place for over a year and decided to try it for my birthday… what a rip off! 18 dollars for 2 meals! They were out of so many foods that my husband ended up getting one of the most expensive foods and he said it wasn’t very good. I got a build-​your-​own burger and although it was good, it was not worth 7 dollars! We could have bought all the items fresh at the store and cooked a lot more for less. Plus with 3 guys working, it still took them 10 minutes to take our order and one guy smelt like weed!

Clean, quick, basic. Pick a burger and all your topping ! EASY! Would eat here again. The kids love picking all the different toppings. NOT GREASY! Staff seemed nice

The best place to go for a burger. I can always go for a nice burger and this burger shop gets the job done. Selection of burgers you choose from are great. Fairly priced. Nice service. If you’re looking, definitely give it a try and you won’t be sorry. The only thing that could be a little bit better is there fries but other than that, you won’t regret visiting this place.

It’s… Delicious. It’s juicy and the flavors are spot on. The fries are fresh cut and double fried, so crunchy and delicious. It really tasted good. Here’s the but: it too expensive. I got a single patty burger ($ 3.99) and my husband the double ($ 4.99) with the combo up charge ($ 2.95) since the fries were a few cents more by themselves anyway. But the kicker is their patties are 2.4oz a piece. That’s about 0.6oz more than a McDonald’s patty, and then they charge a $ 0.50 up charge for a slice of cheese. Would you pay $ 4.50 for a McDonald’s $ 1 menu burger? Probably not. So where do they get the idea to charge so much? The buns are about the same quality, even if the meat is better. So maybe they load you up on the other sides? Nah, we got about a tbsp worth of diced onion, it’s the shredded lettuce franchises use, and I had to add extra ketchup just to taste it. The quality and quantity just aren’t there to charge the markup they’re charging. I’m not from the area, and where I am from and have been, the burger joint mark ups can be pretty epic, but I’ve never paid this much ($ 14.16) for a couple maybe-​gourmet dollar menu burgers and tasty fries.

Great burgers, excellent Cajun fries, awesome salads and wraps! Great location! Good customer sevice! Definitely recommend this place if you want a good quick burger and want to avoid a fast food joint!
