We really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and prices! The waitress was attentive and the food was pretty good!

I have given them THREE chances. All 3, I have experienced unprofessionalism!!! A rude guy waiter once! He must be related to the owner or manager because they definitely do not care that he is extremely rude!!! And their food is not the best mexican food!

Quality of food has went downhill a bit since the move. The 99 cent street tacos are the way to go! Catch the food truck when you can! Friendly service and worth the wait.

Very disappointed! When they were smaller and a «mom & pops», this was my go to Mexican when I came into town… I ordered my usual dishes: fried talapia and one tripe street taco. The taco was decent, but the talapia was extremely over cooked. the frozen margarita was all ice… Customer service was mediocre. Staff needs to be trained better. Ambiance is great! Very nice facility.

Great food and service! Love the organic chocolate milk for the kids! Most authentic place for Mexican in Clarksville also very reasonably priced! Can’t beat $ 1 tacos

This place was recommended by a friend and so I decided to go and try the food. I read the reviews for the place but I still decided to give it a try. I’ve been to a few Mexican restaurants in my life and I love Mexican food. This place is acceptable however not one of my personal favorites in Clarksville. I order the chips salsa and cheese(which is not included like most restaurants I have been to) to begin. The salsa was ok but I would have preferred it not to be as soupy as I was and it tasted more like tomatoes than anything– however I am not salsa expert. Moving on to the cheese, again I am no expert but the cheese tastes more like a creamy soup than queso; I also noticed what seemed to be carrots in it which would partially explain the unique taste. As for the main dish I choose the burrito with no meat. It came out quickly within 5 minutes of receiving the chips and salsa. The lettuce and tomato that came on the side did not seem freshly cut but looked as if they had been out for a while. The burrito was ok but I was not impressed with the taste– as a side note I want to mention that the red sauce on the table is spicier than the green which just seems sweet. The service was great and the atmosphere seemed inviting though. I did enjoy the art work on the walls and the cleanliness. I recommend people to try the place and if it fits you then wonderful.

In the area on business and a quick online search for tacos returned scant results. This place claims to have«street food» style tacos, so… I got there about five minutes after they opened the doors. Only one other customer in the place, buts several cute waitresses and a hostess. Carry-out orders have to be placed at the bar, so I belly up and crack the menu. There is a surcharge of half a rock for carry-out orders. Not so bad if you’re ordering a bunch of food for an office full of folks. Moreso if you’re just wanting a handful of tacos. Anyway… tacos available with a wide variety of meat fillings. I order some al pastor and some carnitas(my two favorite taco options) and wait. Considering the complete lack of other customers, the wait was actually kind of long. Over 15 minutes. What they are passing off as street tacos are some of the most flavorless food items I have ever encountered. The dominant taste was the corn tortillas, followed by onion and cilantro. The meat had next to no taste, even when eaten alone, although the carnitas had a slight edge over the al pastor. A squeeze of lime helped a bit. The«hot» sauces provided were also bland. The red is a little spicy, the green has less zing than Taco Bell salsa verde.

My husband and I’s favorite go-to! Authentic food and great Carne asada. Their tacos are cheap and delicious as well! Some of the wait staff seems a little inexperienced so I always ask for Diana, she’s great!

I love this place. There are very few independently owned, unique, delicious restaurants in Clarksville. The food is authentically Mexican and fresh. It’s so good. I was so excited to come here, it did not disappoint. I came here for lunch on a Thursday with a huge group of about 20. We split up into separate tables and we all received our food quickly… and everyone’s orders were correct. I got enchiladas with mole sauce and was so happy with it! I plan on coming back and have recommended this place to several friends, who all loved it! Oh and it’s cute inside!

This place has become such a disappointment since they«upgraded» to a new restaurant. Even though the old spot was small, they really sacrificed a lot for their move to a new location. The old location had fantastic, fresh food made to order. I’ve been here 3 times since the reopening. The first experience was miserable. But, I went back twice just to give them a chance because of how good their food used to be. The adjustment to serving more people really hit them hard. It takes FOREVER for the food to come to the table. I don’t think the kitchen is prepped or equipped enough for the larger crowd. The waitress, one of the originals from the old restaurant can not handle the serving load. Tons of tables who were seated after us were served before we were even approached by her. To add to it, she didn’t order half of the items we asked for. The food consistently has gotten worse, like they are being lazy while trying to serve more people. The queso dip was so thick and had a terrible consistency, like they left it cooking far too long. They use the same meat for everything. It’s like a cook by numbers deal. Chicken taco, bam chicken. Oh, want a chicken chimichanga, we will just take that same thing, deep fry it and bam. Chicken enchilada? Same plain old chicken, throw some sauce on it, and there you go. Same blah taste. There is no love behind their cooking. Bottom line, if you need to eat on a budget, you can go(praying you will get good service), and get a couple of 99 cent tacos. Don’t stray from there.

Went here with my husband and kid for lunch. Forgot to take a pic of the food. Everything came out really good and not expensive at all. I had 2 mango and 1 strawberry margarita. I prefer on the rocks than blended. Staff is really friendly

This place is not good for parties over 3, I’ve tried it three times, first time it took an hr and a half to get our food, it was opening night so I decided to go back a few weeks later bc I love the quesadillas from the food truck, took a group of 8 and again had horrible customer service food in 2 orders came wrong and waitress didn’t even ask if everything was good or if we needed anything and I had a chicken and cheese quesadilla and got charged for their larger one that has rice and other ingredients in it. Since I really love the taco truck I decided to try one more time, my husband came home from deployment his family was in town and we decided to go there at 3, told it would be 40 min wait if we wanted to sit together, when there is a huge dinning area in back with larger tables and no one was back there, they very easy could of sat us there and asked a waitress to serve us, but we sat at two different tables, mine the waiter came took our drink order, and took our food order in a ten minute span, our other table didn’t even have a server go over them and ask for there drinks, I asked our server if they had one that they were with us and his reply was that wasn’t his table, my husband got mad and he left they did comp our bill a bit but 3 strikes and your out. The food at the restaurant is no where as good as the food in the truck, I think they got to big for there britches, I want the old tiny restaurant back where the waitresses cared, they where attentive, and the food tasted much more authentic. On the plus side if you order Togo you don’t have to worry about customer service

We used their food truck to cater an event and they were awesome! Everyone had great things to say about their food. They were on time and provided quick service. The restaurant was also good. I had the fish tacos. I should have gotten corn instead of flour tortillas(they were a little tough) but the flavor was good. I like avocado on mine– I will ask for it next time. The 99 cent tacos looked pretty standard. The guac was good, salsa was ok. One of our salsas was really chunky, the other was really watery. The service was fast. Overall, it was a good experience. I will be back to try more things on the menu!

Having tried the food from their truck, which was good, I decided to visit the brick and mortar location. After doing so it became apparent as to the need for the food truck which must exist to distance itself from the complete lack of flavor and dismal dining one can expect to experience here. Upon entering I was met quickly and warmly greeted by the hostess and seated, a server appeared and took my drink order then inquired if I’d like chips and salsa(unbeknownst they charge for the item) the server returned with the above and upon tasting the salsa I should have cut my losses. It lacked any depth or real flavor. However I decided it could have just been a off day and ordered something other than street tacos(which they do well from the truck) so the Mexican shrimp cocktail was the choice I made. While awaiting my order several tables including one ahead of me were overheard complaining about various aspects of their meals and or service, the table to my front had the bill discounted and I observed the plate was mostly uneaten as it was bussed from the table. Upon arrival of my order the glaring lack of crackers which are traditionally eaten with this dish was apparent, I enquired and was told I could have taco shells and such but crackers apparently we’re unavailable. So again I marched on, overlooking the issues hoping the taste would have made up for it, I was wrong. Bland, uninspiring, non cohesive, disjointed these are some of the thoughts that came to mind after the first taste. The soup like consistency would have been tolerable had the base had flavor, but none could be found it was water with a hint of perhaps v8 juice or ketchup, no depth. The shrimp were boiled and just tossed in again just a separate taste. Vegetables same. The dish needs time for development so the flavors mesh so that the shrimp can pick up flavor, so the other items impart their flavors,(notice theme) FLAVOR the dish lacked anything and having tried it all over the US and Mexico I can say there was nothing authentic about it except the use of its name. Leaving a bowl within inches of the top should have been a clue for the server. And her inquiry as to if I enjoyed the dish meeting with my «no» should have been yet another, but at no time was a manager consulted or notified, basic customer service skills, instead with a near full plate and the vocal acknowledgement that it was not a good meal I was presented the bill, $ 14.49 for the worst Mexican food I’ve had to date in Clarksville. Do yourself a favor if you want real, flavorful Mexican food try one of the many other small spots in town And save this place for the cheap tacos. UPDATE… Spoke with manager over phone in regards to the above and have to say she was one of the most pleasant and concerned industry professionals I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with. She was genuinely concerned as to the issues and dedicated to seeing her business succeed. Well done.

The Fajita had no meat and the meat it did have was TINY and looked like shredded cheese(in size). The food was just thrown together on the dishes/plates like it was dog food, the waitress had a I don’t give a f2ck attitude, the food tastes like garbage and made us feel gassy n bad afterwards. GRANTED we only ate a small portion of the taco shells, a little bit of queso, and a TINY portion of our actual dish we ordered because the steak looked like shredded beef in a can, and the chicken looked like borderline shredded cheese(in size). I feel horrible right now and regret going there SOMUCH!!! PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant. If you disregard this message and think I am wrong that is fine but PLEASE come back and say that JAREDLEE said to NOTGO and HEWASRIGHT and I should have listened. –Jared Lee

Yaaayy, they’re open at the new location! We’ve been coming to the old location for a year, no parking and small interior… no more! They now have lots of parking, and a good sized restaurant. The food is as good as ever, the wife had a tamale with a street taco. I had two street tacos and a fish tostada and we also shared guacamole and chips. Outstanding! The coolest thing was that while we were there they had tons of customers coming in, I pointed out that there were more people there in one day than I had seen total in all my previous visits. Congratulations to the owners and keep the great food coming.
