Loved the tacos here! Not as good as home(AZ) but definitely the closest I’ve found so far in Clarksville. The tortillas were tasty, and the chicken seemed fresher and better prepared than other restaurants in town. The red salsa was spicy and fresh. We also loved the little mercado so we could get our Mexican Coke and chips for a snack later! We will be back for sure.

So… I gave this place two stars! I first tried them a month ago, picked up some tamales. The tamales are premade then frozen so they either microwave or boil in a bag. I took them home and they tasted really old, with super dry edges(not at all like a tamale should be). I figured it was just the wrong time… Tried them again a week later, this time I sat down to eat. They were renovating at the time so I’m not gonna knock them for the cleanliness. However, the food came out and again the tamales tasted old and dry. The tacos were probably good when they first made then but it tasted again like they were reheated. Today I gave them the final verdict for my stomache and pallette. Ordered tacos, tortas, tamales, and horchata. All the meat was reheated some were still cold/room temperature. Tamales were weird, with a cheese like substance and large tomatoes inside. It was warm but not at all fresh. My final verdict: I’m not sure if this place has fresh to order times; or if there’s a code word to get fresh food. But, I believe the food is cooked in bulk then frozen. When a customer comes in and orders; the preparation goes into: heating up meat or tamales, heating up corn tortillas, plating the food on tortillas or in bowls, and out to the customer. I understand that there must be an employee or cook employment issue. But I’m hoping that the people that post honestly will get them back on track, because I’m sure the food could be good. I’m just no longer going to spend my money there only to be disappointed I seen so many good reviews I’m hoping that this place gets it back together!

Ok ok ok, this Mexican store/restaurant has THE best Mexican food in Clarksville and surrounding cities. I had a Torta and some tacos, my god… Outstanding. Authentic, fresh, and cheap! The orchata is also spectacular! Haha my New Mexican to go to spot in Clarksville!

This place needs more attention and more reviews. I am Mexican. FINALLY!!! Found it !! And couldn’t be happier. It looked bad around this town looking for good authentic home food. It’s a hole in the wall and those are always best. They also have a little market. Menudo — the best since being home !!!

Awesome Awesome food. I have been eating at this place since I first got stationed at Fort Campbell over 15 years ago. It has been through a few different owners since then but the theme has not changed. Very few people know about this gem. Great for a Sunday morning hangover with the homemade soups. I really miss the dollar tacos on Wed so owner if you are listening, please please bring it back. I have a lot of friends who have stopped eating here because they stopped it. I suggest you try all the tacos and the shrimp cocktail. Great real Mexican food. None of that tex-mex crap you see up and down 41A.

I really enjoyed the food. Very authentic and absolutely delicious. The pics don’t really tell the tale. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has had authentic Mexican food and doesn’t want the commercial BS. The service could be a little better as there were times where I needed someone and no one could be found. It’s no big deal since the food was promptly brought out as soon as I ordered. I didn’t get chips and salsa but considering how quick the food was, it would’ve been for naught.

Finally found authentic tacos!!! Wednesday is $ 1 taco night. I tried barbacoa, al pastor, carnitas and carne asada and they were all amazingly like home. It’s a little hole in the wall with a Mexican food market but isn’t that where the best tacos are? Go. Go now. Don’t miss this delicious actually Mexican food.

Best F N tacos in the Ft. Campbell area! This is definitely a hidden gem and anyone who likes authentic Mexican cuisine will love their food. They have 99 cent tacos on Wednesdays, with meat piled high in double corn tortillas. They have the more mainstream barbacoa, pastor, chorizo, and chicken tacos, but also grub for the more adventurous to include lingua(tongue), tripe, mixta, seafood mix, etc. This is my and my bf’s favorite place to eat in Clarksville. You could easily feed two for under $ 10. Plus for all you hipsters craving«real» Coke Cola(made with«real» sugar instead of corn syrup) they have them! :) Also, the restaurant is open Wednesdays-Saturdays, but the store has extended hours I believe.
