Dirty store, customer service is terrible and the staff is just rude. The lady at the jewelry counter even rolled her eyes at me while I was trying to return a broken item at the customer service counter. I will never go back in this store.

Customer service at this location really stinks. Someone called for assistance while we were in the shoe dept. The woman arrived with an attitude… «who needs help with shoes?» I was upset for the mother looking for winter shoes for her son. Then in the Halloween dept, I asked was all costumes 50% off, the sales associate says, «it’s whatever the sign says.» Lastly at the register, the cashier Yvette rings it up for $ 20.99. I kindly say that the costumes are marked down for 50% off. She says yes it is, the regular price is $ 34.99. She gets snippy snappy at me cause I’m asking her to fix the price cause $ 20.99 is not 50% off $ 34.99. So she takes paper out the receipt roll and hand calculate 2 ÷ 34.99. Duh! I’m so done with Kmart and their ignorant staff.
