This place is horrible! Why make an appointment if your not going to get people in on time? Waited almost an hour past our scheduled appointment time!

the customer service at the Wilma Rudolph, Clarksville, Tn location is reprehensible. I took photos on December 27th. After a 30 minute session, before I sat down to review my photos, I was informed that the printers were out of service, and that the earliest I could even get prints back would be the 12th of January. Elizabeth the manager is beyond rude. My name is not sweetie. It’s ma’am or my last name. I asked for their corporate office phone number to file a complaint. I was given a voicemail. I have left 6 messages, and have yet to have my phone call returned. The website is having technical problems, and now I can’t even see the my session on the website.

The photography was average and everyone there was kind. I am giving it a one simply because no one should go there. Photography is my passion and in a day where many people, including myself, own expensive digital cameras, Olan Mills prices are outrageous, especially considering there is nothing remarkable about their work. I take excellent pictures of my son and the only reason for me to go to a studio is so that I can be in pictures with him. If you go to Olan Mills you MUST pay at least one hundred and fifty dollars to get a digital CD, which is what many people want in order to share images online through emails, Facebook, etc. with family out of town, which is essential for me and my family. To pay eighty dollars and walk out with six sheets and realize that no one will see them until they receive what will probably be badly bent and possibly torn wallets in the mail is very disappointing. I do want to add that the young girl that walked us through the selection process bent the rules a little and let us pick out six poses rather than two, which was what was supposed to be allowed for the package we chose, but, ultimately, the truth is I have been to cheaper studios(in other states, I don’t know of one here) and there are many independent photographers here that probably do a better job and charge you a session fee and just give you the CD to do whatever you would like to with. That is the route to go.
