Went by here today at about 1:30 to get a couple things and there’s a line 4 people long at the front. Of course, the cashier is arguing w the customer about coupons or something, so I waited a couple minutes and then I walked back to cosmetics to see if there was anyone at that register to check me out. There was a brunette lady there and I asked her if I could check out there. She looked at me, hesitated and just said«yeah.» So she rang my stuff up without saying anything, and I thought I finished on the pin pad w their 10 questions and went to put my wallet in my purse. Well, I guess it had one more question to ask and I wasn’t looking. She reached around and slapped the screen on the pin pad to finish the transaction. I said«I always forget there are so many questions.» And she said«yeah people are always complaining but I can’t do anything about it!» I told her that I hoped she had a better day. She was super rude. Everyone has bad days sometimes and I understand that, but you don’t have to take it out on other people. Don’t know what her name was but she had longish brown hair, looked like she goes to the tanning bed and was probably mid 30s.

Why does it take 20 minutes to process one perscription, on a nasal spray that just needs a label slapped on it. Make absolutely no sense to me. Not to mention, the slow drive thru. This was not my usual Walgreens pharmacy experience. I would say that they do have long hours and decently competent pharmacist on staff.
