Fazoli’s

I didn’t care for my food I received here. It was poor quality, and not very tasty.
But, to break it down…
Pros: All of their staff members were very friendly. The breadsticks were unlimited and fresh. Their meatballs were pretty good. The Italian ice drinks were good, both blue raspberry and strawberry. My husband enjoyed his cheese pizza slices. Their specials on the menu are well priced. And it’s nice that they clean up your table for you after your meal when you dine in.
Cons: I didn’t too much enjoy the margarine taste the breadsticks were smothered in. Their spaghetti sauce was equivalent to any ol’ tomato sauce, such as Ragu from a can. Very bland. Their mushrooms in my spaghetti were inedible as they tasted as if they simply cut them up raw and threw them in. And their «bacon» is absolutely gross. Common now, that’s not BACON. Very cheap, for lack of better word, crap. And it cost me $ 10-​$ 11. I couldn’t even hardly eat it. I just ate some bites of the noodles, dipped a few breadsticks in the sauce, and left almost the entire order there on my table.
That being said, I would try it again and see how my experience would be if I order something else. I guess we shall see…

Food wasn’t bad. My chicken carbonara was more like a chicken Alfredo considering real carbonara does not have a Alfredo like cream sauce. Wouldn’t need to come here again.

I had a pretty bad experience here when I went through the drive thru, and came home to see the quality of my food. The manager called and offered to refund my order and replaced my meal tonight. The managers were very nice and the food this time was excellent.

Not bad for what you get. $ 5 lunch special with an added side salad was less than $ 8. Filled me up. Salad had plenty of romaine lettuce and cheese. Ravioli was tender and had enoigh meat sauce that it covered. Spaghetti was a little over cooked. On the whole, i will be back.

Better than Olive Garden and cheaper too!
You order at the counter, get a number, pick your own seat and it’s cheap like fast food. The food comes out pretty fast also but what kind of fast food gives you actual plates and silverware? None that I have ever been to. The food is great, unlimited bread sticks and great employees. There was one man who was doing everything for all the customers, I can’t remember his name but the next time I go I will be sure to keep an eye out for him. I wanted to tip the man! Tuesdays 5pm-​8pm is kids night, 2 kids eat free when you buy 1 adult entrée.

Fazoli’s is the closest to fast food Italian as you can get. It’s convenient and indeed fast service; however, you pay for what you get. The service was friendly, but the atmosphere was a little dim. I ordered the Chicken Penne with basil and cheese. It smelt delicious when it arrived, but the flavor is lacking. The chicken taste like it was previously frozen. Despite the generous amount of cheese and pesto sauce, the chicken lacked seasoning and was rubbery.
The dish was sided with a small salad. It was very simple, and the only flavor you get is from the buttermilk Ranch packet you receive. I was fairly disappointed with the over all meal.
Will I return? Maybe not, I could easily make this dish at home.

The best part-​cheap. The worst part? You get what you pay for. The side salad was three bites of wilted iceberg lettuce with a package of salad dressing. The cheese pizza was a bit burned. There were very few vegetarian options.

Kids eat free Tuesdays from 5 – 8

Cheap cheap and cheap. Not real Italian food but canned sauce that tastes like you licking the inside of a can. Yuck

Great food, great prices, great atmosphere. Recommend. Had a great 5 $ lunch deal. Great place for family and friends alike.

Holy cow, great fast Italian food at a decent price. The portions are huge and they don’t skimp on meat and sides. Pizza isn’t the best but is ok. Pasta is great. We had the chicken carbonara and chicken pesto which were great. This blows away olive gardens poor attempt at Italian.

Restaurant was super-​clean, including the bathrooms. Staff were friendly and patient; food brought promptly to our table. Food order was correct and tasted great! No
complaints. Would stop by again.

[] Recommend it? Yes! It’s Fazoli’s it’s supposed to be fast food Italian! And it is fast food prices I can’t believe the other two reviews on here.

[] February 2013. Took my daughter there for lunch and ordered the chicken parm and Fet Alfredo with a side of salad and a side of pepperoni pizza.
[] Food quality: Our food was prepared just right. The breadsticks were fresh and hot, the pizza, and everything else was perfect. See below in general comments for more on the food.
[] Food quantity: Fazolli’s is getting cheap on me! The Chix Parm used to come with two chicken filets… now it only comes with one! Decent portion sizes.
[] Customer Service: Excellent. They were very friendly and inviting. Brought our food right to our clean table. I normally don’t dine-​in (usually take-​out) but I definitely will stop by here again with the kids.
[] Atmosphere: The place was packed. You can tell they have good management here because let’s face it, a chain fast food Italian food is hard to get wrong… however with a great staff that makes the place warm and welcoming that makes all the difference.
[] General comments: This is not your authentic Italian eatery folks. It is as advertised, fast food Italian. You’re going to get frozen pre-​packaged cooked food at half the cost of Olive Garden.
[] This is one of my favorite take-​out options!

Fazoli’s back in the day was ok. it has been over six years since I’ve been here and i think it will be my last ever. the food was bland, mushy, and poorly prepared. The bread sticks were smashed and soggy. don’t waste your time because you will be disappointed. Oh and they are not cheap they are way over priced for what you get.
