Pizza Hut

Well it continues to disappoint!!! Ordered pizza again as every week but this time was even worse… pizzas burnt, just like last time… had a coupon that was given to us by pizza hut and they refused to accept it. Got home and only half the order was given to us! Called and talked the GM again and he told us that although the internet says 8 piece wings, they only come it 6… And the internet ordering system offers Dr. Pepper but they don’t carry that. Well, he offered to have the missing items delivered, a nice young man delivered them and you guessed it… Its not what I ordered. I gave them one star because the young guy at the pickup window was very nice… This location SUCKS… still

Consistently bad customer service from management. Tonight is the second time I have had mgr argue with me over the bs food this restaurant sends out. Ordered chicken pasta and breadsticks from pizza hut a mile from my house. It took 50 mins to get it here and it was cold. Bill was $ 15.00 and I tipped $ 5.00 assuming my food was fresh. All was COLD. I called to see if I maybe could swap it for some hot fresh food. The manager started to argue with me about how it couldnt be cold. I hung up drove straight there and she refunded $ 15.00 and said couldn’t refund the tip. Long story short. DO NOT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT in Clarksville, TN. LAST TIME I TALKED WITH OWNER ABOUT HIS MGR CALLING ME A LIAR BC THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE ON MY PIZZA AND THE OWNER DIDNT CARE AND TOOK EMPLOYEES SIDE. If u only care about the money and not the customers, GET OUT OF THE BUSINESS SO FOLKS CAN GET A NICE HOT PIZZA HUT PIZZA!!!

Customer service here sucks! I have ordered from here at least 5 times because I like pizza huts pizza and wings. They have never gotten my order right! When I tell them they’re just like «sorry dude».
They have pretty good food but the pizza is never hot. They must have some pretty good pot too! Either that or they’re just idiots!

Very nice, new place. Surprised there aren’t more people here on a Saturday night. Even a small bar. Nicest Pizza Hut we have ever been to. Great service.

They can’t get delivery or takeout orders right. Ridiculous. The last time we ordered takeout they didn’t even know their own menu. The «pretzel» crust was bland and didn’t look like a pretzel at all. We have been disappointed with the food and service at this location.

Let me first say that the food was very good. No problems there. Our service was very strange. I asked the guy if there were any specials and he’s like «I’m not sure… I can bring you the menu if you like?» Um, no… I’d like my server to know what’s going on in the establishment. I asked for jalepeno poppers for the appetizer and he came back and said they were all out. Okay, understandable but he didn’t have to rub it in by saying «That’s too bad because they’re really good!» Thanks, man. So we got boneless wings instead. He brought our appetizer AFTER our pizza. Fine, whatever. We had the BBQ cheeseburger pizza which was great. I asked for no onions so of course there were onions all over it. By this time I rather the dude just stay away. At least the onions were big enough to pick off.

Serviceable. The wings are actually pretty decent – fried, not baked, like a good wing should be.
Never really had «bad» pizza here, but it’s not anything to write home about. The customer service here is good. Once I accidentally ordered boneless wings, and they were more than happy to re-​make the wings for me with the bone-​in.
