The ‘buffet’ is a joke with a very small selection of old, stale pizza. 1 waitress with no drink refill who admitted that she stuck her finger in the marinara(that we had to request). Not like any other Pizza Hut buffet I’ve ever been to. No salad bar, no pasta, no cheese sticks. I will never be back.

Worst Pizza Hut on the face of the earth. My husband and I have ordered from these guys on three separate occasions, and the disappointment grew each time. They were over an hour late on all three occasions. We actually ended up getting our bill discounted the first two times, and our pizza and wings free the third. Which would’ve been awesome, except the wings were inedible due to them being undercooked. There’s no coming back from being served raw meat.

Not only did it take an hour and a half for them to deliver our food. The pizza wasn’t made as ordered and tasted horribly. There was no apology from the driver for it taking so long. For it taking so long the least they could do is get the order right. I won’t be ordering from here again. The only good thing about this was at least the food was warm.

Delicious. Waitress was polite and friendly. Service was prompt. Beautiful interior. The Fort Campbell blvd location is very dark and dingy. This location has lots of windows. Looks like a whole different business. The pizza was hot and delicious. The crust was fluffy. Just the way I like it. Will definitely come again. And the bathrooms were clean which is always a good thing because if a business has a nasty restroom, the kitchen is usually the same.

I don’t know what’s going on in this facility but I ordered carry out and have been waiting here in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I’m tempted to drive off and say forget it. And all I ordered was one large 2-topping pizza. Why am I still sitting here waiting?

Never Again! If I could give it 0 stars I would! So here it goes! This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a pizza place in my life! One night we were being lazy after a really long day of work so we ordered pizza and wings. Being a fan of stuffed crust we gave in and ordered Pizza Hut(Wilma Rudolph). Our pizza/wings arrived almost an hour later(we live like 5 min from the store). When it arrived not only did it look terrible, it was cold, the pizza had almost no cheese on it, the wings were so greasy that you couldn’t tell if they were covered in barbq or grease. AND that’s only part of the story.(READON) When the delivery man gave me my ticket to sign, it was not my ticket(the ticket was for a lot more then my order). The poor kid said he was sorry and they must have handed him the wrong ticket. I told him I refused to sign a ticket that wasn’t mine(for obvious reasons). He called his manager to see what he should do. AND thinking he was being polite he put it on speaker phone so me(as the customer) could see that the manager was going to handle the situation. WELL that was where he was wrong, the manager got on the phone and yelled at him and told him he didn’t have time for him or this situation, then hung up on him(on speaker phone and in my kitchen). Well the delivery man left and assured he he would handle it and that he was sorry about everything. Well I called right after and asked for the manager(not thinking ANYOFWHATJUSTHAPPENEDWASAPPROPRIATE) so I could one tell the how unhappy I was with the way they had just yelled at an employee with me listening but also to let them know that the delivery man was very nice. I was given the run around and told that they could handle it for me and I wouldn’t need to talk to their manager. I gave up and figured I would call back the next day and speak to someone else. Like 45 min later the delivery man shows back up to my house with my correct ticket to sign. He said he had been fired(after a bit of a story I concluded that this wasn’t the first time anything like this had happened) but just wanted to make sure that I got my correct ticket so that I didn’t get charged for the wrong stuff.(I thought that was kind). Over the next week I tried to contact the Management and was always told they would leave a message(what business never has a manager in the office?) BUTALAS, nobody EVER called me back. Sooooo long story short: I will never go back! I refuse to give money to a organization that treats its employees and customers in such a way!

Two coworkers and I rolled into this«gourmet» pizza hut for lunch on a Monday. We were looking for a local place and curiosity got the best of us when we saw the sign«Italian Bistro» from the road. When we walked in we were greeted by a host and sat down quickly. The place was decorated as a «bistro» without any fast food order counters. Service — 2 stars. Our waitress was nice but seemed a bit scatter brained. She forgot to fill our drinks multiple times until we flagged her down, took out two of the three dishes much earlier than the third, and brought me chips with my sandwich instead of asking me if I had wanted those or the fries(I didn’t realize there were two options until I was browsing the menu after ordering). Long after we were done eating(and had put the napkins on our plates as a signal) she passed our tables multiple times without realizing she should be bringing the checks. There were only four other tables around that she was servicing. I suspect that the bistro was a recent addition and the host/waitresses possibly used to work for the fast food version of the restaurant and had little experiences with servicing in a non fast food setting. Food — 2.5 stars. My coworkers ordered a lasagna and a chicken pasta dish. I ordered a Black Forest Ham and Cheese sandwich, which wasn’t bad but it felt really greasy. I thought I tasted warm ranch under the layer of cheese between the bread pieces, which was a rather un-expected flavor combination that my taste buds didn’t quite enjoy. My coworkers didn’t say much about their dishes. I think those were just ok as well. For our collective first experience at a Pizza Hut Italian Bistro, we were unimpressed. After waiting for our check for forever we walked out of the restaurant feeling uncomfortably full and heavy… not ready to take on the afternoon.
