This place is absolutely AMAZING. Every time we come we get the buffet all you can and it never disappoints. The food is very well made, staff is very friendly and we always leave very satisfied. We always get the spicy seaweed salad, crabmeat tempura, tofu teriyaki for appetizers. For sushi, the dragon roll, the spicy crab, the red california roll, the eel avocado, the hot girl, the philly roll, and pratically most of the menu is off the hook. We love this place, we come every 2 weeks and sometimes more often. Highly recommend it.

Whenever I go, I feel like I’m causing a burden on the waitresses. They always seem to have a lot of attitude and just don’t want to be working. They’re also kinda slow. It wasn’t busy at all and we still had to wait long for our water. The sushi was excellent. I tried almost everything with my friends and I wasn’t dissapointed one bit. The cooks really know how to make food. I’d come back for the sushi. Not the service.

Sakura is one of the few sushi places that I have ever been to. I only started eating sushi a few months ago, and my friends took me here to try it for the first time. The place is nice and clean. A tad small, but roomy enough. There is a nice, quiet atmosphere here that is very nice for conversing with others peacefully. The buffet is probably the best option to get. There are a lot of choices to choose from on the buffet menu, and everything has a fantastic taste. Only problem I have experienced here is that the service is a tad slow, especially if there are a lot of people in the restaurant. Even so, the food is definitely worth waiting for. The Kani Salad, Shrimp Tempura, and Chicken Teriyaki are some of my favorite appetizers, and just about every roll is delicious! They are always very good whenever I visit. Concerning the price, the buffet gets you the most bang for your buck. It is one set price for as much sushi as you want to order. The catch is that whatever is not finished will be added onto the bill(I have not encountered this problem yet. The key to avoiding this is to order as you eat). I definitely would recommend this place to a friend. Fantastic food and a peaceful environment are the best things about this place. I am absolutely pleased with my experience here.

The food is some of the best I have ever had in any style. The buffet is amazing. I recommend this place to everyone.

Standard all you can eat, made to order sushi. While not the highest quality, but it’s about the quantity here. Sushi Palace is also nearby, but this place is much quieter and better suited for conversation.

This was my favorite sushi spot since they opened. However recently that is not the case. I don’t know what happened? It seems like new owners or something. Very upsetting

I have loved this place since I discovered it. It is well worth the 25 min drive for all-you-can-eat. I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately, today while eating, I found a small bug on the side of my sushi. I’ve been in the business, so I wasn’t even mad. It happens in ALL places. Where there is food, there will be bugs. I tried to be discreet to not cause a ruckus that other customers could hear. But later, I was surprised to be charged my full bill. Couldn’t even take 10% off to make amends and«customer service»? It would have been a $ 2 loss for the place. I didn’t want to walk away paying nothing. I wouldn’t even ask for a discount. But being in the business, it is what you should do. Wish I could’ve given the 5 stars I would have given it prior to today

I have been eating sushi at least 2 days a week for the last 25 years. I introduced sushi to my wife 10 years ago and we have been enjoying it together ever since. The service here was THEWORST we have ever experienced! The sushi/sashimi was sub par. Short of getting sick, there is no way this could have been worse. When we got there we were the only table in the restaurant. We ordered from the buffet menu and took notice of the warning that if you don’t finish it, you will be charged. We decided to order on the small side as a result(right after we ordered another table of two was seated). We started with the kani salad which arrived fairly quick and was loaded with tempura flakes which in our opinion took away from what should have been a light refreshing salad. We ordered 5 rolls, 6 pieces of sashimi and 2 pieces of tobiko sushi to share between the 2 of us. 45 minutes(no exaggeration) later we received the rest of our order. The sushi chef was MIA when we arrived and spent the first 35 minutes while we were waiting preparing TOGO orders! The last 10 minutes he made the orders for us and the other table who was served first because they got up and complained. Every special roll was stuffed with the tempura flakes. The yellowtail roll I ordered didn’t taste like yellowtail(my favorite fish) or look like yellowtail, I am 99.99% sure that it was red snapper. The sashimi was cut to the size of a quarter, and was not worth eating. My tobiko sushi was literally a golf ball sized ball of rice with a sprinkling of tobiko on top, most of which fell off onto the plate. I actually decided not to order more and left the restaurant still hungry on an all you can eat buffet!!! We will never return to this restaurant or recommend it. Not only that, but we both feel the need to now go out for a good sushi meal to correct our taste for our favorite food.

NOONESPEAKSENGLISH! The food is good, delivery times are normal. But unfortunately they have people taking orders that dont speak a lick of english and its almost a gamble when you receive your food because you dont know if it will be right or not. They have no trouble taking orders when your asking for something simple off the menu, but when you deviate or change something on an item you are guaranteed to get it wrong. i.e.-i cant eat seaweed so i request my rolls with soypaper. They never come with soypaper. I occasionally ask for spicy mayo with my rolls. That never happens. Its a struggle to get the food i want from this place. And, unfortunately, i have only received a correct order once. Which has now prompted me to throw out the menu and choose a different sushi place to order from.

Are you kidding me? I don’t care how good(you think) your sushi is. The service is beyond horrible! No one speaks any understandable English and don’t even try. The order was completely wrong… COMPLETELY! Not a single thing I order arrived. You make sushi! How do you get it wrong for everyone in the restaurant Never again!

Very good fresh sushi. Small, byo place. The all you can eat sushi or hot food is a bargain at $ 19.99. Good special rolls.

This place has top Japenese food HOWEVER the service is awful. Been there many many times because we really enjoy the food but every time the order gets completely messed up and takes way too long. How can it take 45 minutes for chicken teriyaki when no one else is in the restaurant? Definitely stick to take out.

10+ visits. A nice little sushi place you probably wouldn’t notice from the road. The décor inside is dark wood with pleasant lighting and a generic Japanese décor. A flat screen TV behind the sushi bar usually on sports or news passes the time nicely. No alcohol served but it is BYOB and I’ve seen staff provide bottle openers and glasses for guests with wine. Wait staff is quiet and unobtrusive but attentive. I would recommend the $ 20 all you can eat sushi menu if you’re there for dinner. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept, you’ll receive a paper menu with kitchen items and sushi. On the lines next to items you mark how many of each item you would like. After you finish with one course, you will get another paper and you can order more. There is a surcharge if you leave food unfinished(standard at most sushi places with all you can eat deals) so only order what you will eat. The Edison roll is fantastic and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The gyoza and shumai are my go to appetizers. $ 11 three roll lunch special(comes with soup or salad) from 11 – 3 is hard to beat. If you’re looking for a quiet night out and some good sushi I would definitely recommend stopping by.
