Always a popular hangout in Clarence Center. Prices are pretty reasonable. Quite a selection. Open Mike nights. Nice Patio. Comfy dining area inside to relax and have a cup of joe.

First time at this adorable café and it was a great experience. Spent a nice Sunday evening outside and the food was delicious. We ordered the California dreaming wrap with turkey and avocado along with the ham panini with two beers which were perfect with the nice weather. I can’t wait to come back and try breakfast– the menu here has a variety of just about everything and it was reasonably priced

It’s so cute! The food is yum. The coffee is tasty. Love the patio. The staff mostly seems bored with me before I get done ordering, but I forgive them b/c they bring me my food. :) Great place to bring an out of town hipster guest.

CCCC&C has been here for years. I’m not sure how many, but at least back to my days as an undergrad at UB. My other off-campus friend and partner in crime at the time enjoyed cups of coffee here back in the day. Today, as fellow Unilocalers, we returned to relive the memories. And it was great. Some things have changed(mainly my memory), but I really enjoyed being back here. We got some drinks, scoped out a place on the enclosed porch. We stationed ourselves next to the heaters and relished the quiet space to catch up and talk about life. Despite the cold I went with a cold drink. The actual name escapes me — but it had something to do with an Irishman. And quite honestly, I think it was one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time. It was sweet and delicious with a robust coffee flavor. It definitely kept me kicking for the drive back to Rochester. They have late hours which was nice. My friend and I were able to sit and relax and catch up. It was great to relive memories and talk about the future over coffee and biscotti. Oh yeah! I indulged in one«two» many biscottis. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to-coffee hangout. I really enjoy it, and hope to be back again soon!

Very poor service on Saturday. 3 workers and no other tables occupied except ours. 4 tables still had dirty dishes from previous diners. Our order didnt get served after 30 minutes and when I went to check on it, the server opened the oven and billows of smoke came out. Rather than eat the burned dish, which she still intended to serve, I asked for money back and left. Great coffee but really poor service.

Best café in WNY. I have been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. Everything on the menu is delicious and fresh. Service is always friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing inside or on the patio. Just all around the perfect place to grab a coffee and lunch and relax.

I love this place. So comfortable and unique. I love my breakfast bagel sandwiches, their coffee is superb and I especially love the gluten free snack options available.

I have been here quite a few times over the years. Their coffees are quite delicious, especially the maple latte they have in the winter and other unique iced drinks in the summer. I really like this spot to do some studying, especially on their enclosed patio. I also particularly enjoy their panini because they always taste like they use fresh ingredients and their sandwiches are always made fresh. Such a nice cozy spot with cute and warming décor on the inside. Highly recommend to relax, grab lunch with a friend or a nice study spot. They even have happy hour on some nights!

Clarence Center Coffee Co. is more than just a simple coffee house. Every time I visit this establishment I feel extremely comfortable, warm, and relaxed. The outside looks like a converted house, completed by a spacious private parking lot. Upon entering you’ll feel like you are inside a trendy and artsy coffee shop. The main door enters into the ordering area. Here you can grab bottled drinks from inside the cooler, or walk straight to the registers and place your order. The food selection includes salads, wraps, and other offerings. The staff is always younger, full of energy, friendly, and welcoming. This is a fast casual establishment, so after placing your order you’ll find your own seat and wait for your food to be delivered. Need a refill or want something else, that will be up to you to venture back towards the register. Seats are separated between the main area, a side dinning room, and a fully covered outside eating area. Tables and chairs are comfortable and feel well placed within the allotted space. The walls are often lined with local art projects, knickknacks, and deep stained woods. They host art shows, local musicians, and more. This is a great spot to get some work done, meet a friend, or to experience something more. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area.

This is a cozy place for a cup of coffee with friends or for a date. They do open mic nights I believe, as well as live music some nights of the week. Their smoothies are great, a little pricey but they’re fresh and taste good, so it’s worth it. They have a good selection of teas, beers, wines, coffees, etc. Love the little villagey feel you get from Clarence Center. I love sitting on the porch here when the weather is nice. Overall, a nice place!

This quaint little coffee shop is some place you’d find in a movie starring Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman as witch sisters. It’s has a certain something about it that feels mystical and special and like it may be hiding a secret or two. I love places like this. They are as cozy to hang out in as the food and drinks are delicious. I came here a lot in my early college years, especially in the summers. There is nothing that compares to sitting outside here on a hot muggy summer night having your tarot cards read while sipping a frosty beverage. I came here today for lunch with my mom. I got the Daisy Mae wrap and an acai green iced tea. Mom got a BLT with a ginger peach iced tea. The teas were really good. The food was really delicious! My wrap had delicious slices of grilled chicken on it, melted smoked Gouda, roasted red peppers, basil aioli, and field greens. This is definitely one of my new favorite wraps, maybe ever. Mom’s BLT looked good too. She said it was great. I will definitely be back to try more lunch selections. My two gripes are: small parking lot, shared with the salon next door, and; limited weird seating. Tables are close together and seats aren’t very comfy. But that’s part of it’s charm too. Otherwise, I love this place.

I went here for the first time in many years yesterday and really liked it! The atmosphere of the place is very cozy and their menu is extensive for being a coffee shop(including beer and wine). I tried two of their coffees(free refills!) and really liked them both, especially the holiday blend. Perfect place to go to catch up with friends.

Stopped here while in area on business trip — great atmosphere and selection. This Tuesday night was open mike nite and great musicians played. Love the décor and atmosphere. Will definitely be back when my travels take me to Western NY again. Go, go, go, locals…

Breakfast Sandwich & Mango Smoothie. That’s it. That’s the key to life. This place has a great, relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff, quirky décor and incredible food. I used to help out a friend of mine tend to some horses at a farm out past Clarence, so we’d always stop and get breakfast here. The first time I had the aforementioned breakfast sandwich & mango smoothie, I was hooked. Perhaps basing my review off of getting the same 2 items every time I go isn’t the most professional way to go about this… but, deal with it. I had my first visit in far too long recently, and it’s as perfect as ever. Check it out. Trust me.

Though I still love the coffee, the service, and the same usual items, I went for something new today. I got a turkey wrap with lettuce, avocado, tomato, red onion and some yummy dressing. love the dressing and all of the flavors together, however, if I’m paying $ 10 for a lunch wrap it better have more than ONE slice of deli turkey on it. What a disappointment. Ideally this Turku would be the thicker carved variety as well. I’ll post a picture so you can see what I’m talking about here. I’ll still be back, but not for this wrap!

A really quaint, privately owned and run est. in Clarence Hollow Center, situated also in a nice walking neighborhood to take a casual stroll or bicycle ride for the day or evening. Cute ambience with a slightly Eastern Zen feel. I like this place for the quality of the ingredients used, freshly roasted beans for their coffees, and lighter fare, for example naan pizzas, salads and wraps. I’m enjoying watching a table of ladies down approximately ten bottles of wine they’re enjoying at an impromptu wine tasting set-up at one of the nicely shaded tables outside. Complete with outdoor patio seating, heat lamps, and ample private parking — this beats even Spot Coffee for me. You should venture out to Clarence Hollow and check it out for yourself!

I had a friend called Clarence. Clarence asked me what to send her sister, who loved coffee. I said«send her coffee», so like clockwork, Clarence Sent Her Coffee. In fact Clarence sent coffee so many times, that«Clarence Sent Her Coffee» became a local motto. And before you know it, it became a local coffee shop. I was really disappointed with this place, I have to admit. When I first started playing concerts, I had an amazing concert here in which a good 50 or 60 people came to an outdoor summer concert. It was a memorable time had by all and when I tried to re-book a concert for the following summer, despite the amazing crowd we’d had and the fact that most of my local fans wanted to have the concert here, the place didn’t even remember me, and asked me to jump through a lot of hoops and answer questions as if the successful concert had never happened. Then they gave me the run around, and didn’t ever really get back to me in time for me to make it work. I moved the concerts to a rival coffee shop and have been playing my local concerts there ever since… which have been, admittedly, better than ever. It was just a shame that my venue of choice didn’t even remember me… lol. By comparison, Starry Nites Café(Rochester), which is my venue of choice there, is always very personable and always remembers me. One of the employees here at CCCC asked why I wasn’t doing my concerts there. I explained that I had done, and that it went excellently, but it was nearly impossible to book concerts there compared to at other local venues. She had a few words with a few people and then I was invited back to do a concert there unofficially by an owner(but not the music organizer, who had been very rude to me). By then it was already too late… the concert had been booked and promoted at the other place. You get the idea… politics… egos… they don’t take their music program particularly seriously or treat the artists fairly… I suppose a lot of places don’t, but it was a bit frustrating dealing with it. There was a lot of pretentiousness and a few unfortunate things were said to me regarding it too. Consider also the fact that the prices here are inexorbitantly high(because of the neighbourhood, probably… Clarence Center is one of the richest areas in WNY), and despite the place having a really nice ambiance and charm, it’s probably the last place I’d go for coffee because of the way I was treated here as a music artist.

This place is awesome –great food that’s always fresh, drink choices for everyone including alcoholic beverages ranging from craft beer to decent wine and a really California-ish atmosphere. There’s events like open mic night on Tuesdays that attract both large crowds and talented musicians. My favorite thing to order here is the hummus platter and a soy chai tea. The tea blows Starbucks out of the water, and that’s saying something because Starbucks is my number one spot, but mainly because of convenience. If CCCC had franchises across the area, they’d be my number one! When you order the hummus plate, be sure to ask for extra pita –never seems to be enough. But it’s also filled with fresh, in-season veggies including tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and a variety of peppers. To be honest, I have not been able to find hummus that even comes close to being as good as CCCC’s –theirs is full of flavor, lots of garlic! CCCC is a great date place but also my number one choice to meet friends to catch up! I’ve never ordered anything here that I wasn’t thrilled with. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Been to Clarence Center Coffee Company enough times to declare that the food and service are consistently superb. It’s an eclectic old house loaded with charm and interesting décor, right down to the huge front porch with plenty of mismatched and comfy seating. There is a ramp entrance and one very large, unisex, well-maintained restroom. The offerings are much like a college town — very Ithaca-ish — including many vegetarian wraps and plates, smoothies, soups as well as heartier fare, paninis and deli sandwiches. In addition to food and drink specials of the day, there is a selection of wine and beer. The staff is always extremely accommodating and eager to please, great for the day you’d like a hot tea iced, for example. You order at the counter and then a server will deliver your order to you. One of my favorites is the Hummus Plate: bold-flavored hummus with a changing array of fresh veggies of the day and plenty of warm pita. There is artwork galore on the walls and even on the ceiling. Stop in for live music(see their schedule) including an open mic night, which showcases varying ages and abilities of area talent. In the summer, there is plenty of outdoor seating, from the porch to the patio. Being a small place, it can at times seem a bit overrun with usually well-mannered late-teen youth — they add spark. CCCC offers baked goods and of course, coffee drinks, plain to elaborate, and tea, including Chai and tons of iced specialties. They also create steamers: hot frothy milk with a flavor shot, yum! Whether you are looking for a relaxing place to have a snack and a drink, or somewhere to grab a cup of coffee and work on your computer, taking an out-of-towner out for lunch at a neat place or taking in some live music, Clarence Center Coffee Company will not disappoint!
