I bought a pair of beats headphones yesterday and they would not stay in my ears .so today I took them with my recipient back to the store, and was told I could not have my money back .That store policy was in store credit only This is a lie I returned a pair that shorted out and the customer service woman was kind and polite when she returned them. I was on my way to work and didn’t have time for drama so I told them to keep them and left .114.00 $ merry Christmas Fred Myers. i buy my lunch there every day, between me and my brother we spend thousands of dollars there a month. …not any more.
