We were paying this company for maintenance and service of our A/​C unit, which died over a hot weekend because basic components of service weren’t done (cleaning, etc.).

These guys are fantastic. Greg came out and spent a lot of time explaining my options for a new AC unit. He wrote up a bid which fit my budget exactly. 800.00 cheaper then the competition. I accepted, and they had it installed less than a week later. They are prompt and very professional. I could not even tell they were on the place when installing my AC unit. I would highly recommend Comfort solutions if you want a highly professional and quality job

Today was hot. CRAZY HOT! I work from home and my AC stopped working at some point last night. Everyone else I talked to said it would be at least a week and half before they could come out. Comfort Solutions was able to get someone out the same day. The guy even came after hours, since it was kind of an emergency. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pretty funny guy too. He walked right in and diagnosed the issue instantly. 20 minutes later and I’m writing this review in the bilssfully cold air of my home office.

I had a problem with my air conditioner pump. I called the office and they told me how to fix it at no cost. They provided wonderful service and were patient while I asked lots of questions. I had them come out and do maintenance on my air conditioner, which had not been done for many, many years and was very happy with the work and the service man was very nice and helpful. I have used Comfort before for my furnace repairs and have always been happy with their work.

We knew our furnace was on it’s way out a few years ago and finally decided to bite the bullet and replace it and add a heat pump. I was taught by my Dad to always get three bids, which I did.
Brian came out and bid the job, he is the owner of the company. His recommendations and pricing were the best of the bids received. He gave us a nice cash discount and made sure we got all the rebates and tax credits he could. He sells the Carrier brand heating and air systems. We chose the most fuel efficient system available. He is so confident in the Carrier brand he gives a 3 year parts and labor warranty when every one else gives a 1 year parts and labor guarantee.
His guys installed it on a Tuesday and finished up on Wednesday, they were very courteous and respectful of my home (took their shoes off when they came inside) and did a great job or so I thought. My husband is extremely picky (which I warned them about) and he found a few items he was not happy with and needed to be improved/​fixed. He called the owner Brian and he came right out, he agreed with the couple of things my husband complained about and arranged to have them corrected the very next Monday. Now it is as beautiful as it can get!
They were also very careful with our custom acrylic garage floor.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their heating and air conditioning system.
