So here’s the final outcome… if I could I would… since there’s no place for negative stars there at least is the luxury of providing true feedback. Waited a pretty long time for them to get the extra piece, when they did they couldn’t deliver it because it was a defected sectional piece they couldn’t obviously sell — this was coming from the manufacturer. Obviously this couch was discontinued so they sold me only ¾ of the couch and not the full couch. The following week I went to the store and visited with the store manager who said they can continue to look for the piece or I can pick something else. I was already told they had nothing else and was advised from the manufacturer there was a big disconnect with the store and the warehouse. So I opted for something else which was worse than what I picked out before but I felt obligated to rush it b/c I felt they were going to delay the service and not give me my credit for another item so that it would be too late to get my furniture. I was already delayed about a month after purchase. The final outcome is that I did not receive what I actually ordered and had to pay them an extra $ 50 for a couch that was not worth the value of its money because they swindled me. As soon as I beat the couch till it has no more use for me I will be going else where for a new couch. He could have earned a customer since he has other stores in other locations. Dissatisfied with the sales tactic, quality, value and service of this experience. I will have to say this is by far the worse experience I’ve had in a sales matter. BTW another pressure to exchange for a couch I did not want is all the going out of business signs they had up. BUYER’S BEWARE. Negative 10 stars for this company!!!

Went to the store inside Westminster Mall. Not sure if the sale representatives live off commission but their service was horrible. They weren’t attentive in answering our questions and we had to keep asking this skinny lady questions about a set of sofas that we liked. She was eating/chewing while taking us. And she just let us be, we HADTOAPPROACHHER many times for questions. With this kind of service and attitude, it only adds concerns to the buyers not knowing the reliability.

DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMHERE! They sell garbage. They will charm you and promise you the world before you buy then treat you like less then nothing. They sold us a recliner that was out of stock and tried to replace it with a «similar» item without consulting us. My furniture broke less then a year after purchase and they want to charge for pick up and delivery to «honor» the maufactures warrenty. The customer service is non existent and they only go the extra mile to make the sale.

Don’t touch anything! Even if the furniture is stuck or falling apart they will blame you! Especially, when their sample is already jammed before u looked at it. Service was horrible! All I really wanted to do was just get out!
