I had the worst experience in this place. I took my car to be fix, after a collision,
i went to so much headache with them, and when I got my car back, a tire cover was missing,
they left unplug a safety cables from the main battery, (is a prius), I had to take to another dearler and pay extra. I don’t know why they had to change the rear stop lights (they were not broken) and one is different style then
the other one.
If you bringing in your car for repair, watch out this place !.

I bought a used Prius at puente hills Toyota around last month and salesmen named Lu helped me I was not really sure about buying a Prius or a used car at all but i don’t know why How I bought it the service was good. Now I can say I’m glad I bought a Prius from them it’s really really good on the gas miles! That’s my main worries about the miles. Cuz I’m driving too much I know nothing about the battery cars but after he told me all the good things and warrantys on them it sounded really good on the miles and the warranty is very long. Plus I got a great deal ! Lol not bad lu can get u a good deal haha

Thank you Edwin Lugo once again for the great customer service!!! I originally leased my first Toyota with Edwin at the Westminster dealership in 2014. I had a great experience dealing with him then. As a matter of fact, I referred him to my cousin who purchased a car from him as well. This past May I decided to purchase my lease so I contacted Edwin and come to find out he was at the City of Industry dealership. Within one visit and couple text messages we were able to finalize all paperwork at a great rate! Edwin was even able to be beat the interest rate from my credit union, decrease my monthly payments by $ 60 and to top it off gap insurance is included! I was also given a 20% off discount coupon for accessories. The main thing I like about doing business with Edwin is that he cares about his customers but isn’t a pushy salesman like many others. He is patient and doesn’t make you feel pressured. I would highly recommend him to any friends/​family and would do business with him again in the nearby future!!!

I came in a little late to have my car serviced and David Mercado took my vehicle in without any hesitation or appointment and completed my vehicles maintenance very quick! With an 11 month old it was important to me to have my vehicle done quick and right. Definitely going back to have my vehicle serviced with David.

My wife and I bought a used Honda Accord Sport from Puente Hills Toyota. We didn’t even know we were going to eventually do business with Sim (the finance guy), however, he approached us when we walked through the doors to ask about our daughter. We felt comfortable with him right away. As the deal was final, we headed to finance and Sim worked with us. He’s one of those guys who talks about his own experiences and can explain stuff very well. If we ever do business with Toyota dealership, I will request the men who helped us. I had a great experience here buying a used vehicle. After countless months of searching, I came across a fair market value vehicle according to Kelly Blue Book for a used 2014 Prius III. Ron Landin (Internet/​Fleet Manager) and Sim Luu (Financing) were excellent in providing customer service and answered most of my questions. I recommend them for delivering the vehicle I wanted without much hassle.
This would have been 5 stars if it weren’t for the amount of time it took to complete the paper work (I would say close to 4 hours).
Based on my experience, the negative reviews about this dealer are unwarranted. Not once did I feel like someone was pushing me or told me «buy or get out». I was extremely hesitant at first due to all the negative reviews but Ron and Sim to put those worries to rest. Buy with confidence!

Thanks Edwin Lugo for all your awesome assistance in helping us find the perfect car! He was patient and no pressure was refreshing and relaxing. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I needed a new car for work and was looking for a new car, although my credit was less than stellar, the Scott Petersen the sales manager and toyota finance were able to get me into a new camry, which worked out great for my new job. The deal also came with Toyota’s 2 year maintenance program, which saves me the cost of oil changes and tire rotation, plus they wash my car, smiley face goes here. I was actually in the sales office, when the general manager came in to make sure that I was taken care of, he had never even met me, and didn’t know I was standing right next to him. Great customer service. I look forward to my next car, I won’t go anywhere else.

Had an amazing experience here. I was able to get my car in a little over an hour. I was helped by Fernando Quintanar and his sales manager Rene Prado. Got my Prius and was so happy! There’s no better than these two. Be sure to ask for both when you go!
Also extremely great car if ur looking to save money on the gas!

Took my car in for maintenance and got my car back with scratches across the trunk. I showed them the pre-​vehicle check in sheet to prove that the scratches were not there when i dropped off my car. Tom Anderson and Sara look at the paper see that there were no damages to my car prior, but because «they dont know what scratched the car» that they dont have to be responsible.
Just because those two «brilliant minds» cant figure out what it was that scratched my car means that i’m responsible for any damage that happens when i drop off my car?
I have been trying to contact the GM Nick Cardin for the last 3 days however he «just left for the day» and my problem is to be taken to Sara who will tell me to try again the next day to find Nick who «just left for the day?»

Brought my car to this dealer the other day to get caught up some outstanding recalls and, from the appointment process to picking up my car at the end of the service, a truly 5 dar experience.
Trips to the dealer can be for a plethora of reasons, and I must admit that the nature of my visit, to complete recalls that are of zero cost to the customer except time, puts me immediately at a better disposition than someone who’s having their car towed in because of a failed transmission. Having said that… here’s why my experience was 5 stars.
Showed up at 7am for my service and was promptly greeted by a service manager who checked my car in. Andy, the name of the representative was super friendly and mentioned that I could take my service slip to the Subway on site to redeem a free coffee and cookie. Little things like that have a big impact on customers!
Then checked in at the cashier to sign up for a shuttle back home. Shuttles start at 7:30am and, sure enough, was in a shuttle and departed the dealer right on time.
On top of all of this, every associate I dealt with was super friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and forget the fact that I’m spending my Friday morning at a dealer autoshop.
Overall, had a great experience, on this particular occasion. Will be back for all my future Toyota needs.

Very bad experience tonight, waste time for all of us!
We really wanted to buy a new car tonight, finally we did not!
Edwin said he would give us «GOOD» price, and wrote down «x“k down payment with 5 year $ 325.75 monthly pay. Of course we can’t accept. I said under $ 300. He said ok and he would apply from his boss (an Indian old guy). So he wrote $ 300 behind $ 325.75, and he ask me left my signature on that. After his boss came out, the price is even higher than $ 325.75! And, Edwin said you can not accept this price, why you let me ask my boss with your signature? Who signed this?
I just want to say BS!
My whole family went there with my kids, are you kidding to waste time???

It’s a huge upgrade from the dealers in the SFV and surrounding areas. I went here for my 10k maintenance. Brought my car in an hour early and they accommodated my need to be out of there within an hour. There’s a «movie theatre“space with a mini stadium seating setup. I spent most of my 45 minutes in there. There’s also a subway. I’m not a fan of subway at all but the dealer gave me a token for coffee and a cookie. How could I say no? I should have said no. It was one of the worst coffees I’ve had the displeasure of trying to drink. The young lady behind the counter wasn’t really service oriented either. This isn’t a subway review though.
Overall, the employees for the dealer were great. They were curious, quick, and a huge plus compared to the dealers I’ve been to in the past.

Found the exact car I wanted here, 2016, Highlander Hybrid in white with black leather.
Jason Hu was great. He helped us find the car and worked out both buy and lease to buy scenarios for us so we could spend less on the monthly payments.
Would have been a 5 if we did not have to wait a hour to get to the finance department.
