Jack In The Box

This place makes me sick! Will never eat jack in the box ever again! You guys know what I found in my order of tacos from this location. MAGGOTS Yesss MAGGOTS! can you guys believe that? That’s just disgusting so unsanitary! Of course I called spoke to the manager went back to the place and got my money back, never again will buy «Jack in the maggots» again!

Nothing real spectacular, just another box. You see I can go to another location clear across town and get great service a hot tasting burger and yet not recieve it at this location.
So I looked around the establishment and could tell it was a franchise location. So corporate needs to follow up with their franchise’s and set higher standards.
Even just the basic’s of service, Hi How are you! and most of all a Thank You after your order is placed.
So training never stops. Give your employees the tools they need to do the best job possible. Just the basic principles of a fast food location. Spend more time and develop your employees.
Prices also at this location where higher than the other location in Ventura County.
So to sum it all up, unfortunately on this visit here they did not deliver.

Usually it doesn’t take long to get our food and go. But just a while ago they took a whole 20 min to give us our food, mind you we are in front of the line and not only did they take forever they also messed up my order and was stingy with the fries, I asked for a medium and they basically gave me a small. Also their employees are just careless. If I could give them no stars I honestly would.

Two stars only because the drive-​thru is usually pretty speedy. However, I have wasted my while lunch break waiting on food that I’ve order from the inside on at least one occasion. Also, their salads are hit ir miss. Sometimes they are delicious; other times, their salads are borderline spoiled. I received a salad with literally like 2 shreds of cheese, no tomato nor cucumber one day. The following day I ordered a salad & asked the drive-​thru employee to make sure all the ingredients were present after politely explaining how I got jipped on my salad the day before. Rather than apologize, she said «oh well that was probably because we were out of whatever vegetables you werw missing.» Ummm ok, so at least warn me of what I’m gonna get (or not get) before handing me a bowl of straight lettuce and chicken for $ 7. Furthermore, she assured me that I would get a complete salad. After leaving the drive-​thru, I’ll be darned… no tomato. Also, I have been given taco sauce instead of ketchup on more than one occasion… annoying.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I found a PIECE OF METAL in my taco and a HAIR in my chicken tender. Never going here again. DISGUSTING. Wish I could give negative stars.

I usually don’t dine in for fast food, but did this time. Service was good and place looked nice and clean. I liked their lighting fixtures :-) I’m not a big fan of Jack’s burger meat, but decided to give their new garlic butter burger a try. Tasted good at first, but then it just felt too greasy… leaves you feeling kind of gross at the end, like you know you ate something too greasy lol. Oh well, I’ll stick to their chicken sandwiches and occasional tacos here. Husband loves their ice coffee and shakes.

Great service! Young gentleman that always has a positive attitude. Don’t know his name but he knows how to give great customer service

4 stars for service and their working hard. The area is okay which is right next to the gas station and frys electronics store for a quick snack.

This place gets four stars because it is open ²⁴⁄₇. I have weird working hours and sometimes I’m off at 1am and wanna sit somewhere and eat. This place provides that. Sure its just another Jack In The Box but its almost always empty and the dine in is open ²⁴⁄₇. Its nice to be able to refill your soda at 2am and not just drive thru it and get no refills. Plus it is connected to a gas station so I walk in there and get a bag of chips to go with my burgers. Being that the dine in is open ²⁴⁄₇ and near a freeway you get a lot of CHP in the area but that’s not a concern.

I have seen this Jack in the Box multiple times just because I have went to the Fry’s next door. One time I was super hungry and also going towards Fry’s soo I decided to give it a try.
Yes it is a little weird to have food at a gas station but actually in other parts of the world that is common. Even when I was in Germany they had a pretty bomb buffet style European food in the gas station… Weird but yeah a lot of people were eating.
So when I was in this Jack in the Box they had plenty of empty seats and also we were the first ones soo no line really. I haven’t had this in soo long but I guess to me it was alright and it was fine…
I wouldn’t say I ever eat fast food often but when I do, I splurge. But yea if you compare eating at gas stations to other countries… USA is falling really short. And yes I have experienced way better food at the gas station. You just have to go out of the country to find it.

Standard Jack in the Box. I wanted fries — like I always do. And they just give it to me. It’s a standard Jack in the Box.

Its So Sick and Nasty.
The Cashier took my orders, collect my Money and Changes, then she makes my Taco Without Glove. We all know Money are Dirty, they should wear Gloves when handling Foods.
After I got my Tacos, the Tacos was So Oily, I wasn’t hunger at that point. I just throw it away.
Seriously, I go to Jack In The Box every week, they last two times, its so Disappointed.
So, eat at your Own Risk!

Easy access from 60 freeway. Combination gas station and convenience store. Hot coffee. Shares property with Fry’s Electronics. Food is always decent. I have frequented this location for decades.
