In-N-Out Burger

Normally it’s good here but lately there’s something wrong with my burger today the meat was burn, the bread was overly toasted and they put like one piece of lettuce and it was tiny. I’m just getting disappointed. Especially because it takes forever and to realize when other get home your burger just burnt. Step up your game

In & out protein style burger with fresh cut fries! The best combination for lunch :)

I’ve been coming to this inn bout since I was a kid. A good 20 or so years. However, the walk up line just sucked so much today. I waited near 20 damn minutes for a cheeseburger! Wth. Honestly, it’s nostalgic to come to this in n out whenever in the area but for gods sake! Someone needs to look at the process inside because there is a problem!

Go through the drive thru. Don’t bother parking the car until after you get your order.
I unfortunately had bad judgement at the time as I had been driving for approximately around 2 hours from Santa Monica and I was starving. They have 2 drive thrus here and that is way faster than waiting on line outside. In the end so many cars passed us while we stood there waiting for the food.
Food was great and affordable. I learned about the existence of the lettuce wrap. And learned if a In-​N-​Out has 2 drive thrus — go though that and don’t bother parking and then ordering. It takes longer.

Very professional, excellent service with a smile. You can’t go wrong with the manager and crew at this location. Fresh furthers and hot fries! They got the order right and packaged it family style. What a system they have, fresh made burgers in a reasonable time to satisfy the crave.

What’s not to say about in n out burgers? They are great tasting burgers made to order. I have no complains about the establishment in it self, good food and good services. My 3 stars reflect more on the physical location. It is in a very bad spot. This location has dual drive thrus however during lunch and even in the early evening, the line extends to the busy intersection blocking the entrance, the street and any hope to get into their parking lot. Ugh, it’s such a pain because it can be a hit or miss with the amount of ppl trying to get their burgers. They have another entrance but it a exit only. Wish they would move the location of this in n out to somewhere with more space. You are better off walking there.

Right off the freeway and super easy to get to? Check
Animal style fries and a neapolitan shake? Check.
Crazy line all the way down the street and around the corner? Check
Always worth it no matter what because In N Out is amazing? CHECK!!!

I’be been eating here for over 15 years, and the lines are still always super long because it’s that friggin’ delicious! It’s a drive-​through only, but always bustling with cars and people. I still consider this joint as one of the best burger establishments ever. You can never go wrong with their secret menu items either. My go to order has usually been a 4×4 animal style with animal style fries and a neopolitan milkshake.

There’s always a long line that wraps around the curb and spills over to 7^th street. I think that’s a huge issue considering we have many big rigs that cannot turn onto Gale from the 7^th Avenue off ramp. I think that issue is not only a traffic/​safety problem but it also causes mediocre environment. Although I understand that cars are part of In-n-out’s culture, this location is small and so the long car lines are overwhelming.
Anyway, that’s all the negative I have about this place: small lot, few parking options, and very long lines.
The Good: It’s probably one of the better ones in the SGV. Everything here is consistent. Burgers are always the same size, same taste, etc. They give you ample amounts of sauce and food while others sometimes are a hit and miss. Here, no matter how busy they are the food comes out good.
Staff are courteous and are super nice. I forgot to order at the speaker once since there was NO ONE in line. I got too excited to drove right up. They knew right away and took my order.
Lines are super long here but there’s sometimes windows during the day where it’s empty. If you fancy a sit down, there’s always the option of park in the streets.

What a ridiculous trip to an In-​N-​Out!
No demerits can be given because the poor 20-​year old kids working at the place really did a heck of a job to prevent a total disaster.
I arrived on a Saturday around 2pm. This In-​N-​Out, by the way, is a walk-​up window or a drive-​thru only. No indoor seating. I was going to use the drive-​thru, which, like almost all of the drive-​thru-​only In-​N-​Outs in LA, had a line out into the street.
But this line was different. Not because it splits into two lines. That’s normal. This was different because cars were going in reverse! Yes, to my surprise, we were all being herded into one line while the second line backed out of the driveway and into the street.
Why?
Apparently a total clown with a trailer hitch went all ICARUS on life, and tried to wedge his massive truck and hitch through the narrow drive-​thru … only to get it stuck. Yes, stuck in the drive-​thru. The In-​N-​Out workers helped this idiot unhitch his trailer and move it out of the way while the truck backed out of the drive-​thru, around probably 15 cars waiting and then was able to reattach.
Somehow I got my food in 20 minutes despite all of this insanity, and my burgers were top shelf. Four stars due to location/​accessibility, but everything else was solid.

Gave me a fucked up cup that spilled all over the car and clothes! And burger had charred pieces! Wtf!

This location is drive thru or walk up window only. There’s a small covered area with about 10 tables on the same side of the building as the window (opposite side as the drive thru queue). You can’t beat a double-​double, fries and a drink for $ 7. Service at the window was quick.

Forgot to give me my drink and chili peppers. Drive thru operator also sounded like Boomhauer. I’ll update my review once I visit again. Food was good as always. Service, not In N Out worthy. Colleague ordered large shake as well, was given wrong size once we pull up to window. Cashier said upgrade would cost extra, like that wasn’t what he ordered originally (maybe to pretend colleague didn’t order correctly) and maybe that threw her off and caused her to forget to give me my drink. I admit, I was also distracted being the middle man, handing money, change, asking for ketchup, peppers (didn’t get).

Dropped in today with my brother and sister. All we ordered was 3 burgers and fries — nothing special and it must have taken 25 minutes… no joke!
I can’t believe how long it took? The neighboring table sat down long after we got our stuff and they were walking over shaking their heads and smiling. It was a sarcastic ironic kind of smile. They remarked it tasted good but the wait — then they were silent smiling and shaking their heads «no no no» again.
So I must confess our visit was super pleasant — however that was so because of the company on hand and in spite of the painfully slow service.
Although I like In N Out — and the grub was good — the sails’ pace service killed the experience for us and the neighboring table + probably everyone who came in to try and dine in a reasonable time frame…
As a result I award a RARE TWO star «Meh»… sorry…

I keep giving them chances. I just can’t anymore. Long wait. Ordered my usual animal fries and they were thrown in the box all messy… (Sigh) Stephanie the customer service rep was nice. Not coming back

One of my favorite places to stop when I am in town their double double with grilled onions protein style is really good stuff and check out their fresh fries and great service. In n out rocks it’s affordable
