Every time I come here the drive thru line could NOT be slower. Today 25 minutes to serve 6 cars!

the customer service is so great ! actually i get confuse on order the drinks and order the wrong one, but the lady asks me «do you want to change the drinks? i am so happy ! absolutely come back again

Came here to pickup a quick lunch on my way to going to the Hacienda Heights area. Ordered the chicken with veggies bowl. When I ordered the meal, I was waiting for a while for my order. I noticed on the counter that looked like my order and I asked the girl behind the counter if it was mine and she said it was! They never called my number and I was standing there for atleast a good 10 minutes for my food. What a disappointment and what the hell!
The chicken in the bowl had some good pieces and some were burnt. It had a light «waba grill» sauce, which is a slight sweet sauce and tastes decent. The veggies were a different story. They were soo overcooked that it tasted like mush. I couldn’t feel the texture and I couldn’t eat anymore of it after taking a few bites. I think they continued to cook it after boiling/​steaming it. All the nutrients most likely had been killed off from being overly cooked.
I think the chicken bowl at Yoshinoya tastes better for me and it’s down the freeway as well.

This place is close to my bf’s house, so it’s super convenient for me to come here. They do have a drive through if you don’t want to go inside, but there is plenty of parking in the lot. I always get a chicken bowl w/​all veggies, no rice and no sauce. Trying to be healthy!!! My boyfriend on the other hand, likes a lot of sauce and no veggies, haha. Now they’re open later, which is a bonus!!!

I’ve been coming here regularly because it’s near my work. This place can be healthy or very unhealthy, on how much teriyaki sauce you use. I tend to use the latter and that’s fine. The food here always seems fresh and its a great fast food alternative compared to mcdonalds and other burger joints. This place is debateably better than flame broiler, being it direct competitor. I see this place giving more quantity, than flame broiler.
*Chicken Bowl: This is my go-​to item. Fresh combination of white and dark meat, white rice and sometimes I get brown rice. Having green onions on top making me healthy AF. Then going totally unhealthy with the drizzle of sauce on top. Then I would get the hot sauce on the side. I actually haven’t seen hot sauce on top before.
*Half/​Half Bowl: This is my second option if I want to feel a little but more frisky. The other half of beef a great option.
You have to add Avocado because then you’re like super healthy AF! I always get avocado because it tastes so much better with it. The equivalent to adding quac on Chipotle! Thanks for the continuous meals!

I went here for the guick drive thru service. I was wrong as it was 5 cars ahead of me and not moving very fast.
I ordered 4 kid chicken bowls with veggies, with brown rice and green onions on 1. The person read back my order and all seemed great until I got home. There was no brown rice in the bowls. All were white rice.
May I suggest you take your time and check what is given to you before you depart. Then if it is wrong you only have to wait until they make and give you what you asked for,

Yum yum lunch chicken and veggie bowl for under 6 bucks is a deal for me … Plus drink included!

Plenty of free parking conveniently off the 60 freeway superior service oh and a drive thru. Oh I forgot the best part is the healthy food I went for the #2 Chicken plate with brown rice clocking in at 720 calories better that most burgers all that is missing Free wifi

I love WaBa Grill and I have to say this location is the best by far! Very clean inside, friendly staff, my order came out quick! They even have little ziplock back for the jalaopenos and carrots that were not soaked in the vinegar. Really great Waba Experience! Thank you!

Ordered chicken bowl, brown rice, extra chicken, paid $ 3 for extra chicken, $ 1+ or so for veggies which translates to 2 pieces of broccoli :/​for total of $ 10+ for a bowl and was still hungry after eating this. I didn’t notice any extra chicken at all. My suggestion, drive to Chipotle, worth the drive. I informed corporate and they offered a «free meal» but I’d rather not. You can spend your money and time here if you want. Plenty of competition in LA and this area.

I love waba grill… but this place… is HORRIBLE!
I ordered a half and half veggie bowl with avocado (which is extra)… After getting home, the avocado was missing!
About a week later I figured I’d give them another shot. AGAIN, NO AVOCADO!
I don’t understand how they could forget that. I mean I’m paying extra for it!
I’ll never come here again… BUYER BEWARE! Your avocado will be missing!

Finally came here after hearing rave verbal reviews about how much better it is than The Flame Broiler. Seriously. It’s the same deal. The meat does taste different but not in a bad way, and they serve salmon… For the price and the convience… I’ll stick with Flame Broiler, unless I’m in the area or feenin for some fish.
