Horrible service! I walk In and I waited for someone to help me for 5+ mins or so then said they were busy. wow are kidding ok… then my first pizza was wrong then my Second pizza was wrong and I had to come all the way back. My daughter went in and got the second pizza they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I would have gave 0*s but I cant. And fast food employees want 15 a hour. Give me a break!!!

The manager /owner at this location is extremely rude. The concept of customer service is apparently too complex for her. Ordering a half and half stuffed crust pizza is something we’ve done multiple times(at this location and others) — this time the owner indicated it was the last time she would allow it to be done and that it should never have been done in the first place. She then chastised her employees in front of the entire restaurant and gave us the wrong size pizza to boot. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Dont bother calling in your pizza cause its never ready anyway. One person is making pizzas and the other people are in the back talking and laughing. Too busy listening to ninetys rap I guess. Bad customer service. They did start my pizza once I got there… and then made it wrong and had to redo it. I hope they never get busy because being the only customer in the place. I seemed to be still more than they can handle. Real pizza next time!!!

Called in 8 min before closing. Asked me what I would like to order. I told them 2 family size chicken garlic pizzas and then said they closed registers already. So why the hell would you ask me what i wanted to order.

This was my first and only experience at Papa Murphy’s so far. I heard about the Jack O Lantern pizza they make for Halloween and was very excited to try it out. I assumed it would be a very busy night for them, so I called over an hour before I planned on picking it up. They took my name and number and said it wouldn’t be a problem. However, it was. When I arrived they had no record of my order and therefore I had to wait for one to be made. Fortunately, they made me a priority and got me the pizza fairly quickly, but it would have been nice if it was there waiting for me, as planned over an hour in advance. When I got to the store there was a line to the door and I heard the employees saying that at one point it went out the door. They seemed to be friendly enough and worked quickly.

I’ve been coming here since it opened 7 or 8 years ago. Seen lots of employees come and go, and have never had any true problems. I don’t know if the managers/owner make sure their employees are trained in good customer service or they hire naturally friendly people, but they all seem friendly enough. The dough and the toppings are always fresh and it seems as though they always have a special going on for something. I do have to admit, the line can be slow sometimes but that generally isn’t their fault.

We just barely made it here before they closed. However, it appeared as if we were the customers who the employee didn’t want to have while cleaning up the place prior to closing. When we walked in, he didn’t say hi. After he helped the customer in front of us, he began cleaning up the food bins to take them into the back. He finally said, «Have you decided what you want?» We told him we’d like a large Cowboy. He didn’t reply to our order and immediately walked into the back. He returned a few minutes later with our order. He took our money and that ended the transaction. He never once smiled or said thank you or have a nice night. The best part was that the pizza still tasted as good as you can find it at any other Papa Murphy’s.

Located in a strip mall behind Taco Bell on Antelope Road. Next door to Subway. I never noticed it. Is it new? Or maybe because it’s in a desolate strip mall where almost everything had closed. It’s a good space. You order. They assemble your pizza to take home in front of you. They also have ready to take items like salads and side items. I saw a S’more’s dessert pizza for $ 4 while I was there. Couldn’t resist and I was glad I went for it and for $ 4? I only wish the marshmallows were fluff instead of real marshmallows. but really, it was fine. Papa Murphy’s has signature pizzas or you can create your own. They assemble it pretty quick. I was in and out in 5 minutes. It felt longer though. because it was quiet in there and I waited alone. But everything turned out great. The veggies on our pizza tasted fresh. Sauce didn’t stand out in a bad way. They seem to always have coupons or specials going. It’s a definite lazy meal option. You just need an oven.
