I like this place. Yeah like other reviews said that the staff isn’t too friendly, but that’s probably because they are extremely busy. Every time I come by they seem to be always extremely busy. The food is good and fresh. And the prices are good as well. Plus this pizza place is convenient inconvenient location

The management has changed! Yuck! Prices areup and gouged! Tough hard overcooked dough. Cheap cheese that is like plastic when it cool. «KENS» ranch dressing you can get at the dollar tree. Ick! Gojng to have to find another, the original Pizza Guys or I’ve lost my go to pizza joint! Damnit!

Best pizza ever! The chicken bacon is delicious. They really load up on the toppings.

I ordered 7 extra large pizzas for a party, so I came in to pick them up and the two little girls that where working there were so rude and disrespectful whispering to each other And looking at me!!! Not only that they didn’t give me my free soda, no cups no plates nothing !! I mean I paid so much I want a good quality pizza and good service I didn’t get any of that !! Ohh and when I brought my pizza home it was missing toppings NEVER WILL GO BACK !!!

First timer at pizza guys and if was SO GOOD! The pizza was amazing, the employees were super nice also. The guy that helped us was super polite and the wait wasn’t that long.

I would give no stars if that was an option. I ordered online on March 22 and paid by credit card. Once the delivery driver came I was informed that the payment didn’t go through and that I needed to call there store and pay again. I informed the person on the phone that the payment showed on my account but she insisted that I pay again. I went ahead and payed since she said I would be refunded if they did charge me twice. Sure enough the payment came out of my account twice. I have called repeatedly and have been told 3 times that they were refunding my charge. Today is April 7 and I have yet to receive my money. I called again today and was told they would have to mail out a check unless I want to drive across town to pick up the cash. (I was at a family members home when I ordered from this location.) I would think that after waiting this long they could at least send a driver to reimburse me.

Messed up my order and basically told me it was my responsibility to check it. Didnt bother apologizing or fixing it.

I like the pizza. Particularly the sausage. Just know you will pay an additional $ 5 – 7 on any offer you receive in the mail after delivery fee and taxes.

Terrible. We walked in and the girl who took our order on the phone said she forgot to have them make it. How do ou forget? That’s literally your job. She asked if we would wait 15 more min and we said yes, waited 25 minutes. Thy have us a discount but still. An hours wait for pizza. Not impressed.

Zero stars, actually. I downloaded the Pizza Guys app and spent an HOUR and a HALF trying to place an order. When I finally gave up, I called them and asked if they could honor the online special, and was told no. NO? Ridiculous. The only time I’ve had Pizza Guys is at Sleep Train Arena and it was not all that good. I don’t think it is fair to compare arena food to a restaurant, but I have nothing to compare the food to, since customer service does not seem to be a priority.

Garlic lovers is delicious. As are the pesto breadsticks. I might be bias on my review right now because I was really craving pizza today and the pizza joint across the way screwed up my order.
Service was friendly. Came with a free 2L of soda. I have my pizza and I’m happy.

For local delivery/​pickup pizza, it’s hard to get any better than Pizza Guys. I am able to make my order online and then drive by to pick up the order within half hour on most nights, 45 minutes on busy nights. When picking up orders, 2 liter soda or pint of ice cream added for free. Nice to have some Dr. Pepper with dinner.
Pineapple is very fresh and delicious on Hawaiian pizza. Garlic sauce is as good as it gets. Pepperoni with Garlic sauce is a surprisingly awesome combination. Having tried a few other pizza places in the area, Pizza Guys are definitely the right choice. If you are looking for higher quality, higher priced dining pizza, there are other options. For value and convenience, it’s all about the Pizza Guys.

Ok pizza if you live in the area and use a coupon or a special, not much else to say.

BEWARE OF THEIR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM! It said my billing information didn’t match what was on file, then proceeded to authorized my card FIVE TIMES for the purchase. Calling the store was no help!

Pizza is decent, but service is slow. It took nearly an hour to get my large pizza, and when I attempted to complain to the corporate office, no one contacted me back.
In all honesty, I have no idea what took so long. I had a really simple order of a large pepperoni pizza. There didn’t seem to be a huge rush of people ahead of me either. The workers are rather snooty too and very unfriendly. I was even overcharged for bread-​sticks too, but I was done with them. The pizza was on the dry side, as if they were trying to reserve their sauce supply.
Sorry Pizza Guys, never again, never again.

So yeah haven’t tried online order since I live down the street but if you walk in it takes 15 minutes tops for 2 larges and garlic bread. Service, rocks (always gives me marinara for free, sauces, as much as I want) and food is top notch out of any pizza guys franchise I have been to… I think the issue is in the technology usage. I had one order messed up because of the touch screen system but it still tasted good as heck and I didn’t care.
Personally I would just check up on your order if your worried, but I have always gotten the coupon deals from the clerks and never had an issue.

Okay so they claim you can order online. Big Lie People. I ordered online and an hour later no pizza. So i called and they said oh you should call and tell us you ordered online. What’s the point of ordering online then its supposed to be a convenience right? i was kinda irritated so I asked for my money back. Here’s the response I got, «We don’t know how to do that» The manager claimed the same but offered a store credit. I gave in I could do no other. The pizzas arrived within 30 minutes of my call and of course I gave no tip. I felt bad for the driver as its not his fault but I had no cash, hence why I ordered ONLINE. So we dug into our pepperoni pizzas and they tasted terrible. I bet they did that on purpose. Seriously that store credit was starting to sound like I really got ripped off. Why would i want to go back
I guess we got really hungry and lazy the other day so i decided to go back and use my store credit. I ordered a combo and some chicken strips since i had to use all of my credit. Damn them i still had to spend my hard earned cash. OK it was only 4 dollars but still the service was terrible. the lady at the register never looked at me or smiled. she was rude and i really wanted to ask for my money back but we had ate the pizza. damn.
the combo pizza was better, not great but its free right. the chicken strips were terrible. originally you get like a dozen for 6 dollars but they are soggy and lack flavor. I love chicken strips and these ppl messed them up. I should ask for my 4 dollars back but you know what I just will never go back there. oh yeah and don’t order online there really is no point.
