Domino’s Pizza

This is my go-​to place. This location is usually good but we ordered a pizza last night and it was just extra perfect. We got a nice, hot pizza just 30 min after ordering. The people who deliver are always friendly and one commented on the giants game. Our roommate orders from this place too. Thanks Dominos!

Dominos is affordable.
All of the delivery drivers from this location have gone above and beyond being nice and friendly with my two year old who loves pizza and thinks it’s fun to have it show up at the door

The food is always good and the workers are always friendly. Lava cakes are heaven.

Ordered for delivery at 5. Got here at 5:15. Ordered chicken, buffalo sauce and extra pepperoni. Got no pepperoni, no red sauce and the pizza wasn’t even cut. Had to call the store and they gave me the correct pizza and I got to keep the incorrect pizza. That was the only saving grace that gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. Time I got the correct Pizza, 6:05 almost an hour later than when I originally wanted it. I used to go to this Domino’s all the time, but stopped because they always, and I mean always, messed up my order. I only ordered this time because of the 50% off online deal and they still messed it up really bad making my decision to never order Domino’s from here even more justified.

cheap and fast! The family can eat for $ 12.00 always a sale or coupons. always fresh I pick up and I love to order from app on I-​pad I hate talking to people and hearing up sale pushes. I never expected it to actually taste good and to my surprise it’s a decent pizza.

My friend told me that Dominos had really good crust. So that’s why I went. It’s a delivery service place. However, there was one table there that was just calling my name. I dined in. Being my first time, I didn’t know what to order. Thanks to the tall guy for being patient with me. After carefully observing the menu, The Deluxe had me excited. Shortly after, my pizza was ready. It was piping hot. I thought I was going to be done after two or three slices. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as my friends told me it was. It was surprisingly delicious. Not just the crust, but the whole pizza. I couldn’t believe I ate it all up. Great customer service. Even one of the guys came out to deep clean the sign. I just sensed a team atmosphere with my short visit. I was very impressed. I am definitely going back.

The update is half and half… the next night I finally got my free pizzas BUT they said the general manager Joey would have to process my refund since the order was done online initially… the day time manager was nice that I spoke to on 12÷05÷15 that is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one! The day time manager told me Joey would be calling me back for my refund and it has been 2 days and no call back. THEN I call for him and no one knows anything about my incident, not even the shift manager and Joey just left (with out calling me by the way) so they took my name and number AGAIN and that was 2 hours ago! STILL NO CALL! I WILL NEVER, NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I will talk anyone out of ordering from this place any chance I get! WORD OF MOUTH AND THE WORD IS BAAAAAAAAAD BAD BAD!

If you want to wait three times longer of a wait you were quoted for sub par pizza, LOOK NO FURTHER YOUVE STRUCK GOLD!!!

Damn, Ill be honest a few years ago when Domino’s announced their change, I was skeptical. I just tried Domino’s for the first time in probably 20 years. Wow what an improvement. Only thing I would dock them for is the hotwings are a bit on the small side.

I always order online, it’s always super fast and hot when it gets here. They NEVER forget my dipping sauces (which I’ve had issues with at other locations), and the delivery guys are always kind. Great job, this is how a delivery service should be.

The food is good, but they consistently screw up my orders. Orders without onions almost always come with onions. Twice now buffalo pizza delivered with no hot sauce. Obviously there is no quality control whatsoever. I’ve been a very loyal, regular customer for many years and am taking my business elsewhere. Dammit Papa Johns, why can’t you be in my area. :(

Not worth the money. Pizza was just ok. It was cold by the time it was delivered and very skimpy on the toppings.
I’ve never ordered from them before. They have a dairy free option which is why we went with them this time. However we will look for somewhere else.

I like the pizza, its nothing amazing but usually tastes decent enough. I like the specials when you get 2 medium 2 toppings and side for like $ 20 – 25. I have had it delivered numerous times and they seem to be quick and efficient. I like that they have a nice online ordering system (something places like Round Table sorely lack) and that you can track the pizza on the website. I will have to check out the app they have, but I don’t order from them quite that much.
I have also picked up the pizza at the place and this is where most of the negative aspects come in. Twice when I picked up there was an older guy working who was somewhat rude. I’m sure they don’t get much people coming inside so he is not the best with his people skills. I have also seen him being rude to other staff before. I do not really look forward to going to pick up the pizza, sad because it costs me less that way.

Really surprised to see this is a 3 star location. It is located in an odd little lot, but they are always so nice and consistent with service and pizza. Since the rebrand (a few years ago?) The new pizza crust is SO good! I love pepperoni with olives and the garlicy white sauce instead of red. Flavor is awesome!

The previous management of the store made this place unacceptable as I used to get wrong orders or managers that simply did not care about the level of their service. However I am happy to report that it has greatly improved since the last couple of times I’ve ordered from this place and I’m starting to forgive this particular location for their previous shortfalls. However the online ordering system can use some adjustment as it goes down frequently resulting in having to place an order over the phone resulting in a higher priced meal then the deal you get online. I asked them if they could honor deals online if the system malfunctioned and they told me there was not a system in place to honor those deals in the event it was happening.
So it’s a hit and miss with this store, but at the same time the pizza and breadsticks are awesome and I never got a cold order, always warm when it arrived.

Ordered a large thin crush Memphis BBQ chicken pizza for $ 12 (50% off online) and had it delivered to my apartment. Felt bad for the two delivery guys who got lost in my complex. (Whoever you both were, I’m sorry for the confusion. I hope the tip was enough. You were quite nice.) Pizza was great and just the right amount of warm.

This dominos is AWESOME. Every time I’ve had a delivery it’s reached me within an hour. The drivers are always super polite and relaxed, and the quality is consistent. When our friends called with last minute dinner plans, the manager was super sweet and helpful and helped us cancel our order (even though it’d almost been sent out) so we could get hooked up with free food from our friends.
Highly recommend this location for all your delivery and late night nomming needs!

Not the greatest of locations (shady neighborhood) but they were quick with my order for pickup. The parking lot could use some lighting as it was EXTREMELY dark and some not so savory individuals were hanging around watching us…

I think this is the first time I’ve been to dominos, and I was drawn in by the two medium two topping pizzas for $ 5.99 each, and if you want decent pizza for dirt cheap then this is the place.
Buffalo wings are ok, and I think this place is a notch above the other five dollar hot and ready place.

Do not give this location your money! I have had two bad experiences here and complaining to the manager and the corporate office has done no good at all.
The first was on a Saturday night when two of my friends went in to get carry out. The employees inside rudely told them they were not open for carry out and that the had to order delivery. My friends said no problem, because my apartment is just across the street and the employees assured us the pizza would be there in no time. False! It took nearly an hour to get one pizza delivered just across the street. I understand that the store closes at a certain time for carry out service, but be polite, professional and timely.
The second experience was close to closing for carry out, but still during open hours. Even the OPEN sign was lit and the lights on. My friends knocked on a locked door for five minutes before the employee inside finally quit ignoring them and shook his head. My friends yelled, «the open light is on and it’s during open hours.» The employee then walked over, turned off the open light and shook his head again. He did all this, which having headphones in. Wow!
After these visits, I contacted corporate who then forwarded my concerns to the location manager. She called me and left a message saying they were closed to carry out both times. I then returned her call, which was answered by a store employee who went back and forth between the manager (who couldn’t just talk to me herself) and I, basically just stating the same thing in the voice mail. I followed up with corporate and got no response. Usually, with a legit and professional business, complaints/​feedback are handled properly and the business tries to satisfy the customer. Not here apparently!
Horrible customer service. I thought that was what this business is about. I will NOT be a customer and neither will my friends or family. I suggest you go elsewhere for mediocre cheap pizza and polite employees.
