Word to the wise: If you purchase something online, and return it to the store because it arrives damaged, you will not be refunded your money for WEEKS. I returned a damaged item to the store over two weeks ago and I’m still awaiting a refund. Two calls to customer service have proved fruitless. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Usually you can purchase online and return to the store with a full refund on the spot. They really need to fix this.
