Friendly customer service, tasty sandwiches and good prices. Lots of food and drink options: sandwiches, soups, salads, shakes and desserts. All the sandwiches are warm and I was even able to get mine on flatbread. Seems like a good place to grab lunch often.

It’s a surprise that this place is still in business at this location. There are never any customers inside, and the workers would rather text than make your food. If you are forced to go, stick with a salad. The bread contains Azodicarbonamide, the yoga mat ingredient that subway eliminated from their products, but not this mom and pop chain.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, Double Chocolate Chip Cookies & Sugar Cookies. O.M.G!
My absolute favorite is the chocolate chip oatmeal. You walk in at the right time and get it warm… Ugh!!! So delicious!
Last time I was in for a sandwich (which are always good, and take me by surprise with the spice that comes with those peppers) and of course my cookie, I noticed the sign about an ICE-​CREAM SANDWICH!
Today was the day that savory creation hit my mouth! And boy oh boy was it incredible!
New favorite treat ya’ll! Cannot beat it for $ 2.80 either, once it hit my hands I almost dropped it due to the weight of it! The hubby and I had the intention of getting two, but one was plenty to share! The ice cream was actually creamy and soft too! (They only have vanilla to make it an easy decision!)
I’m SO looking forward to the summer nights I’ll be spending sitting outside Potbelly indulging in this glorious new found love.

Potbelly Supports Local Schools!
I’ve been to the Potbelly downtown many times. The food is good. Everything’s fresh and fast. The new Colerain location is very clean and friendly. They were gracious enough to participate in a fundraiser night for my daughter’s school. We really appreciate local businesses that do that and we’ll be sure to reciprocate by coming back on a regular basis.

Good service on a Sunday afternoon. Had salad that was nice and fresh. The inside is nice also they have a good selection of drinks other than fountain soda to choose from. The big cookies are nice to. I saw smoothies and shakes on the menu I will have to try in the future.
