I had the chicken quinoa salad and the turkey cranberry flatbread. I absolutely loved both of them. They seemed to be quite busy for a Monday afternoon and may have been a bit understaffed as no one «called» my name when my food was ready. No worries though, I’m sure I will definitely be back.

Great place for lunch. Quick service, huge portions, great value. If your near the mall you must stop by panaera. Sign up for rewards card if you dont have one, totally worth it!

I love Panera. I love the sandwiches, soups, salads. My favorites to get is the tomato soup, or a chicken Cobb salad, they also have awesome brownies. If you dine in I always hope to get a seat next to the toasty fireplace in the winter. This location has a drive through now. I have no idea why but if you call in a order you can’t pick it up through the drive through. Seems kinda strange. Why can’t you go to the drive through and say I have a call in order and wait in line till you get to the window. Especially if you have kids with you and it’s winter. I think they should rethink this part.

The food is great, and when my son wouldn’t cooperate for me to eat at the restaurant they wrapped my lunch up for me and made me a new salad with dressing on the side. The woman stocking the lemons and emptying the trash watched me struggle to put back the high chair and open the door and did not help or offer to help. She was standing in my way of the door and didn’t move when I asked either. That could have been better. But the ladies prepping the food were awesome.

My local Panera periodically has trouble getting my order right, so it was nice to visit a different Panera and have my order come out perfectly. I sat there with friends for a couple of hours and none of the staff urged us to leave, even as we approached closing time. Best part of the visit — when I accidentally left my bag behind, they let me back in so that I could get it and not risk losing anything inside of it. Absolutely great to see so many cheerful and helpful employees.

This is my usual stop when I have evening visits to the Colerain area. Fast service, tasty meals that are not outrageous on calories, and friendly people. The added «quiet room» helps to let my brain calm down from the road, and the free wifi is always welcome.
