Penn Station

I stopped in for lunch on Christmas Eve and had great service. The food was excellent as always. They even threw in a small cookie! I will definitely come to this location again when I’m in the area.

The only reason I didn’t give this one star is because my food still tasted alright, but the service at this location was terrible. The woman who took my sandwich from the oven line was clearly new, but wasn’t being supervised at all. She wrapped it up without any of my cold toppings. To be sure, I stepped over to a table nearby and opened it up to check. When I told them that my sandwich didn’t have any lettuce or tomato, the guy who should have been watching or training the woman simply said «my bad» and took my sandwich. Without saying a word to her he threw a tiny bit of lettuce and a few tomatoes on the sandwich, wrapped it back up and handed it back. There was no apology or offer to compensate me for my trouble. This is just poor etiquette. I love Penn Station and was really looking forward to a little Friday treat, but I will never be back to this location. Very disappointing.

The food was pretty good as usual. The service was just okay. My lemonade was watered down… and I was craving it. There were dirty tables so we did not eat in like we had planned. I have to say the cashier was very nice and attentive because two of my orders were very specific. So kudos to her. I wish I could remember her name. Sll in all I say do visit because its delish.

I’ve never been to one of these before, but its right next to the house and i felt like a different place that was close.
I love the fry cutter! They made my fries fresh from cutting up a potato and dumping it right in the fryer, AWESOME!
My sandwich was made right before me. I got the Philly cheese steak no mushrooms. The meat had great flavor, the cheese was spot on, onions were cooks just right. My only complaint was the bread. After the second bite, my bread split in the bottom and dumped my fresh hot sandwich on my hands, OUCH!
This place is hard to find, its tucked in behind some other stores. Its in a strip mall so parking is ok.
