My 2 Stars are because the pretzels were fresh and warm. My lack of 5 stars is because the staff seemed annoyed that there was a line and when they dropped 3 of my nuggets I asked for 2 more because I PAID for the 2 that dropped and I got death stares as the 2 woman grabbed me 2 more, never a sorry, or even a have a nice day.

We have to get pretzel nuggets every time we see an Auntie Anne’s. We are usually at Easton and the shop workers are fast and friendly. That has never been the case at the Kenwood shop… Until today. They were rocking. There was a long line, but we got through quickly. Their teamwork was smooth, the workers were clean, polite and efficient. What is usually a frustration was simple and painless. Good job! Thank you!

Auntie Anne’s… Awesome! Because, really, who doesn’t love some all-​beef-​sausage-​hotdog-​goodness that’s been crammed into a pretzel crust? Then slathered with butter!!!
So satisfying… But still only gets 2 stars, cuz, you know, it’s a pretzel stand.

When you want a unique snack while shopping, head to Auntie Anne’s pretzels. They are a quick and easy bite and there are so many to choose from. I actually only have had the original flavor, and it goes great with sweet honey mustard (extra charge!). They are a little greasy, but still hot, fresh and tasty. Good choice, just don’t get mustard on your new clothes!
