Not a good shopping experience at Kenwood Mall. Sales person turned off air conditioning on a 88 degree day because she was cold. The store was very hot, stuffy and uncomfortable to shop at. This same person was busy on her phone and never asked one person if they needed help. This store has some cute items… however, if you are expecting great service… shop elsewhere.
