I came in with a purchase from the Amazon Bose storefront that stopped working within the one year warranty. Apparently I got some bogus information, thinking that I was supposed to bring them in for repair or exchange to a brick and mortar store. I was informed that stores only handle returns, exchanges, or repairs for purchases made from that exact store. This store in particular also seems to have a policy of not even offering any form of customer service whatsoever to people who buy Bose products anywhere but there. The sales associate who I spoke to was only able to tell me that they couldn’t help me. After calling the Bose customer service hotline, I did learn that I could send them in for a replacement pair, and recieve a full year warranty on the new pair. I thought I would return to the store, since I made the call from a bench outside the store, to let the associate know that option was available to me. I spoke with both him and another associate who was in earshot, trying to politely communicate that I would have appreciated knowing what my options were. However, they both adamantly wanted me to know what their store doesn’t handle, and even insinuated that I should have read the paperwork I received from Amazon… I left feeling frustrated.

This place is great. Anytime I have had a problem with a Bose product that has been immediately addressed and taken care of. Employees are nice and friendly and don’t make you feel like a criminal when something breaks. I will gladly pay more for a Bose product because of the customer service.
