Motel Beechmont

This motel wasn’t that bad. I mean it is a motel so of course it’s not perfect. I stopped here because we are moving to Florida from Michigan. The place was pretty clean but the bathroom toilet was pretty gross and so was the shower. The beds are fine. The heater wouldn’t work very good so we were really cold. But if you are just staying one night its not that bad of a place to stop. And no drug activity that I saw and I was looking for it.

Oh where to start with this motel. My family stayed there for a family reunion and it was basically picked because of location and distance from where the reunion would take place.
Most of the people that are at this motel appear to live there. It appears to be a rampant drug spot. Cops were there late the first night. The drug of choice for these patrons appears to be meth or heroin.
Anytime I left the room, I basically packed all of my valuables to take with me.
As far as amenities and property are concerned… The rooms were spacious and had a refrigerator. A microwave was available at the front desk. Laundromat on site. Pool was decent and closes at 9. The motel is located at a busy intersection with many food establishments close by.
I wouldn’t go here again if given other options. It’s not the motel that’s the problem, it’s the obvious meth and heroin addicts that inhabit the place.
