The woman behind the counter knew next to nothing about the high end watch I brought in. She said she didn’t know how to work on leather bands, that she didn’t know if the watch had a battery, and when I asked if I could pay for the watch to be serviced by the owner, she said she would replace the battery herself. The brand is well-​known, but she had clearly never heard of it before because she kept calling it another (non watch brand) name altogether. Not only was she unable to help me, she could not refer me to anyone who could and tried to sell me a battery instead. I should hope the owner takes note of how poorly this employee represented his store and services.

This is the place to take watches that need repairing. They service all brands, in particular high end pieces. I have taken several watches in over the past couple of years and have always been pleased with the work. Pleasant to work with, Bravo to a family run company!
