Eddie Lane’s Diamond Showroom

My fiancé and I stopped in Eddie Lane’s this evening and had a great experience! My fiancé purchased an engagement ring for me through a family friend and unfortunately it is a bit too big. Since we live very far from where he purchased the ring, my brother-​in-​law recommended we go to Eddie Lane’s to see if they could help. We were immediately greeted by Leigh and another gentleman who assisted her and wow — they definitely have a ton of knowledge. I could really see and feel the difference at Eddie Lane’s compared to typical mall shops like Kay’s, Jared’s, Ashcroft & Oak, etc.
The gentleman we spoke with took the time to explain all the different aspects of the GIA certification for my ring and showed my fiancé under the microscope what to look for with my diamond (inscription, where the inscription was placed, etc) to make sure the integrity of the diamond was maintained each time we sent it out for sizing or cleaning. He and Leigh also were a huge help when looking at wedding bands for my fiancé and explaining the pros and cons of the different metals.
Since I didn’t want to resize my ring quite yet, but was nervous about it being loose, they fitted it with a ring guard. When we asked what the charge was they said not to worry about it! They also had drinks, cookies, and candy throughout the showroom which was a fun touch. Great service and a very knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be returning!
